Just ordered here for the first time tonight through skipthedishes. Got the ground beef tacos and nachos with queso.
The tacos were really good and they were heavy handed with the meat and toppings which I always appreciate getting what I pay for. Although, they could’ve put a bit more sour cream or put it and the salsa on the side (just my personal preference- to avoid sogginess) Chips and queso were delicious, chips taste fresh (wouldn’t be surprised if they were baked in house) and the queso has its own kick to it which I really enjoyed.

Friendly helpful staff, esp for my first visit and being unfamiliar with their menu, and some Mexican foods. The atmosphere was, spartan at best, mean for discomfort, so people move on quickly, sadly, a they have the space to add comfortable seating. It is however typical fast food atmosphere.

I've never had a bad experience at Guac....until tonight. My wife and I each ordered a burrito bowl. We paid, tipped, sat down and found out this location had NO more forks! How is it possible that on a Friday @ 7:30pm you do not have utensils? Should we have used our hands? If you cannot manage to complete this simple task how can I trust that you are cooking the meats to the correct temperature or washing the serving gear in soap, if at all? We requested a full refund and left without a meal.

This is a nice joint to have burritos and quesadillas. I had a carnitas bowl. It's was quite good. The quantity was good, too. The servers customized my order and made it less spicy. Next time, I'm gonna try their edible bowl.

Still looking for the steak in my steak bowl. I kid you not… I got 3 small pieces in a huge steak bowl. It also was almost flavourless. Sauce and rice is generous, but flavour wise is not much going on and a bit salty. I’ll never eat here again, simple as that.Service/Atmosphere is what you’d expect from a place like this… nothing special, save yourself the drive. Get a Costco hotdog instead if you’re in the area.
