Santosh had excellent customer service , polite and friendly. Food was yum !
You have to check who's working, or you will sometimes get a much smaller burrito than you should. For example, I got a large burrito the other week that was significantly smaller than a regular the day before. It was also wrapped very poorly. It's not fun to pay more for less.
I didn't want to make a stink about it in-store, and it happened more than twice, so I just go to barburrito for now. It's a shame because I enjoy the food at this location more than the other burrito places in town.
There are a couple of employees (separate shifts from each other in my experience) this happened with.
Every other employee I've dealt with has created a fantastic experience for me. Friendly and polite.
I want to reiterate that there are only 2 specific employees this happened with, but it's enough for me to avoid this location, sadly :(
