Dim sum items are frozen, the steamed. The bbq items were purchased elsewhere and brought in, chicken wings were old. The only thing we enjoyed was the sliced bbq pork. Will not be returning

The chinese BBQ here is the best you can find in the grand river area. The owners are also so friendly and welcoming!
The duck meat was so juicy (felt like it melted in my mouth) and the crackling pork skin was very crispy. Perfectly seasoned and fresh tasting meats every time for a reasonable price. They also have seats and tables if you want to enjoy your food right at the location.

I honestly don't know how they have good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that the order came faster than estimated, but that's where it ended. Not even close to being restaurant quality food.
I spent $100 on several items, and most of them went directly back into the trash. All disgusting. Lo mein noodles so soft they were almost *slimy*, breading on chicken so soft it was disintegrating into the sauce, fried rice kind of stale and hard (and bland). The honey pork was not terrible, but on the harder/drier end. Fortune cookies were the only part that we didn't empty into a bag.
If I had been there in person, I would have sent it all back for a refund. It was delivery, so it's a $100 heavy bag of trash and no way to get my money back.
