It's not often you get blown away from a drive-thru interaction. Recently, we experienced an amazing customer service episode with a young gentleman named Sathvik. He welcomed us by asking, "how has your day been so far?". Great eye contact, genuine smile and attentiveness. He even sensed our uncertainty on whether we wanted any sauces with our order which we finally said 'no' too and when he came back with our order bag, he stated "I threw in a couple in case you change your minds". We frequent the Clair Road location regularly and are always impressed with the level of service from the staff. It is a testament to the quality of training from their management and ownership. Great to see! Thank you!
The General Manager KC ,he is a great person,his customers service is Excellent, we can tell the different that he has already made, no one has ever come out from this location to check on us how is the food and ask if we need anything else, KC did. He made sure all our orders were correct and the food was fresh. Thank you KC for an excellent service

I had a great experience at Harvey's Clair Road thanks to Juhi. She was friendly and welcoming right from the start. Juhi took care of us and gave great food recommendations. The food was delicious, and her service made everything even better. If you go there, definitely ask for Juhi—she's amazing!
