I ordered through the Harvey’s app and picked up my food at the drive-thru. The order was ready really quickly, and the whole process was smooth and easy. The only small issue was that my food wasn’t quite hot by the time I got it. I think it’s because the app tells customers to pick up about 10 minutes later, but the food is often prepared much sooner and not kept under the heat lamp long enough. Gordon/Clair location is the friendliest and cleanest location I have ever been to. Shoutout to Faisel for making sure we had everything we needed, and to the manager for almost giving me flowers LOL
