If I could marry a meal, this would be it. The food was so good I considered licking the plate but I remembered I was in public. Every bite was like a hug from a flavour god. And the hospitality? Let’s just say I felt like royalty, but without the weird hats and scandals. 10/10 would come back even if I had to crawl!

Tandoori Pizza at Helmand Kabab House

I try Tandoori Pizza here was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and well-spiced, and the crust was just right—crispy but soft inside. A great mix of tandoori flavor and cheesy pizza goodness. I’d definitely order it again.

Got a chicken shawarma wrap from here the other day. Was tight on time and the service was super fast, the staff also gave me a drink on the house! Great experience overall definitely plan on going back.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was poor, and part of my order was missing. It took a long time to receive the replacement, and when the food finally arrived, it was undercooked. Overall, it completely ruined my meal, and I didn’t enjoy the experience at all.

I visit Helmand Kabab often, dine there with friends and order takeout as well. In addition to food being delicious, Wali's warm and genuine care with his customers is very inviting and he and his staff are very attentive and hospitable. At times he joins us at our table for a chat, making us feel like part of his family, even though we don't see eye to eye on most topics :) . If you're looking for flavorful Afghan food served with heart, Helmand Kabab is the place to go.
