Hema made the cake exactly as I requested. I provided some ideas for the decorations and left the rest up to Hema and she did a marvellous job. We have ordered cakes from Hema Baking before and they have always exceeded our expectations.

When I asked Hema if she could design some cookies for a 50th University of Guelph reunion brunch that we were hosting, she didn't hesitate. Immediately, she reached out with design ideas and her pricing was more than competitive with other bakers we reached out to. While decorated (edible paper) cookies do not always taste great, these were delicious...just a hint of lemon and perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. Our guests were so chuffed to see them upon their arrival. In addition to the cookies we ordered, Hema also added in some delicious chocolate macarons. We would 100% use her services, again. Thank you, Hema!
