We tried to nake a reservation for 5:15, told no. 5:30, told no. So 5:45 it was. The restaurant was more than half dead last night!My food came, it had a hair on it, so the server took it back immediately. By time it came out, my friends were all done eating.Chase our server was AMAZING!!! No complaints there.The bills came and I received a discount of $4.40 for a hair on my food. Yes, I did get a replacement meal. However, I would have thought at least 50% off.Not sure if the owners changed as I used to be a regular at this Kelseys but man, we were disappointed with the overall experience.

I am currently eating my chicken bites at this amazing place it’s way better then chucks road house lol? I waited almost a whole five minutes for my food and I was blown away I’ve never received my order faster in my whole life!!! I know where my money is going when I want a night out great employees and great entertainment!!

My boyfriend and I went to the kelseys tonight and our server Derek was awesome!!! Amazing service and yummy food. We will definitely be back for Derek's service and great demeanor.

Food was not prepared together, since my meal arrived cold. My child's dessert came at least 15 minutes after she finished her meal. Service was excruciating, I had to leave my wife behind to pay after waiting 20 minutes. She had to wait another 20 and ended up going to the bar to get attention. It was not busy enough to justify. Will not be going back.
