2 minutes after ordering was told it was a 10 minute wait. 15 minutes after that was told it's a 5 minute wait. I asked for my money back and was told it's only 2 minutes. 4 minutes passed and after arguing about refunding me I got my refund and it still wasn't done. This was 1pm and a sandwich combo.

firstly the food was delivered 20 min later than the estimate, but I can forgive that, places get busy. what I can't forgive is the food poisoning I got. 1 hour after eating my chicken I felt off. two hours after I felt gross. then finally 4 hours of feeling terrible I evacuated my stomach. what a waist of nearly $60 bucks.

The website doesn't work. Then when we call they say to get the offer we have to use the online offer. You can't really do that if the website doesn't work. The lady on the phone was rude too. I would understand if she said things nicely but she talked down to us. Food I see on the reviews looks awful. I would stay away.

Wow have things changed. No cashier anymore? Order strictly from an order station. Ok, maybe this means faster and better food service? Nope. 22 mins for an order. Only 2 staff working. Crazy. Chicken? Chicken was VERY dark. And unexpectedly, over a teaspoon of oil, dark dark oil, in the bottom of the bucket. Terrible. And to top it off, the staff member packed the cold salads directly on top of the hot chicken and fries. Terrible. Serves me right. Never again.

As previous reviews, it takes a long wait to have your order. I regret I didn't see them before arriving there.
At least they refunded us the order because we were not planning to be there forever.

Every time I come here there’s an issue. Today August 26, 2025 at 3:20pm, the manager on duty has an attitude and was being condescending. As a customer it’s not my issue that you have 40 orders on back log. I don’t appreciate being treated poorly. This seemed racially charged because as soon as I got in and was waiting in line the manager was staring at me extremely hard that she lost track of what the customer ahead of me was saying and currently she’s continuing to stare me down as I’m waiting for my food. I said nothing to provoke this individual. When I ordered I did address the behaviour to me and she continued to be rude. I don’t support employee's of establishments discriminating.

Update: it’s been 30 mins later and I still don’t have my food.

Food is always great but had a really poor experience with the manager. My friends and I came to this location to enjoy the awesome game day meal they have. We placed our order at 9:12pm. When it came, the manager said we had to eat somewhere outside because dine in was closed. Nowhere does it state that dine in is closed from 9 to 10. Not on the website. Not in the store. Not anywhere. And then she decided to argue with me. Trust me, I’ve worked my share in customer service and I know how bad it can be to deal with a bad customer. But this was not this. I strongly believe we were in the right. At least tell us that dine in is closed at 9 or state it somewhere before we order.

Such a shame to see what's happening with this facility. Went for lunch had to wait 20 min for chicken. Go to use the bathroom (while waiting) door wouldn't lock. Pop was flat and ice machine no worky.

The worst. Under staffed payed for food at the store kiosk. Was told it was never received and would take 2-3days to see a refund. In all spent 16 dollars left hungry and empty handed. Save your money. Timel. Eat elsewhere. Brutal customer service.
