Today I had to pick up to orders to deliver to customer 1order was ready another was not,so at the counter the person said deliver it first and come for another,how fool she is if I would not confirm pick how I can get location to deliver and she started making faces.the girl with brown eyes.she don’t even know that she needs to right name on the order if recipt is not there

Wish I can give them 0 stars. This place is the worst, both in food and customer service. I have given them a few chances, and every single time we are met with rude staff and horrible quality food. I refuse to go there anymore. I have never been met with friendly customer service and the food is always extremely oily, greasy, soggy, or salty. We don’t eat out too often, and the few times we decided to treat ourselves to KFC at this location has been met with extreme disappointment. Especially in this economy, spending nearly $60 on a family bucket is a luxury and this location and its staff does not seem to recognize that for their patrons.
Last night we ordered from here and the food was too salty that it tasted bitter. We often get food from here but this time we didn’t like it at all.

incompetent staff. if you order through the app, you get a free 6pc Chicken Tenders with a minimum $15 order. i placed an order for 10pc bucket and a large gravy, as soon as i get there they hand me the bag before i could even finish asking my question of the 6 free tenders were added and lady immediately answered YES. i get to my car, open the bag and voila, no free tenders. i go back to the store and i asked politely where my free tenders were as advertised on the app. she was curt and annoyed and blurted out that my order didnt come with any free tenders. i explained what happened and i asked if they can just honour it since im already there and i ordered through the app and ordered more than the $15 min. at this point another starts chiming in saying they could not do anything as its through the app. ridiculous. such appalling behaviour. never again.

Correction. This was meant for the Silvercreek location. Will post there as well. Both stores are owned by the same company and by the look of their ratings, the company is not taking good customer service very seriously.

As I do at any fast food restaurant, I asked if the chicken was fresh and when it was last dropped. The manager got on the intercom and screamed at me that the chicken is always fresh. I reiterated what I said and he responded that it is non of my business and that he does not have to answer that. He told me if I don't lIke it then go somewhere else. I went inside and asked to speak to him. His staff member said he won't come out. I insisted and he finally came out complaining that I am not allowed to tape him. I was not taping but he kept on insisting that I was. He was sweating perfusly and when he spoke he was foaming at the mouth with saliva spewing out. I stood far enough so I was not hit by his spit.
As I asked him again why he thought it would be proper to behave the way he did and is, he started to retreat to the back. I asked him his name so I can report his behaviour to his head office. He started yelling the stores franchise number. Another employee, a older short heavy lady came out of the back and started pulling him back while telling me to go away. It was extremely immature strange behaviour like kids fighting on the playground. I was embarrassed for them as to how they acted in front of other customers.
On top of their obvious psychological issues, the physical appearance of the manager and the short heavy lady were very off putting. They were overly sweaty and seemed unkept. I think it was a good thing this happened because by the filthy way they looked, it would seem they may be quite nasty when preparing the food.
I left and spent my money else where.
Safe to say I would never go back. Not only because they are extremely unprofessional but they seem to be unkept as well. Looking at their physical appearance it would be safe to say the cooking and kitchen condition most likely is not clean.
Think about why a manager would get upset at a customer for asking if the chicken is fresh. It seems to me that there have been many complaints and he was taking his anger out on me.

1-when did it get so expensive
2-it don't taste like it use to!!!
3- where the heck is the tatter tots they use to have

Considering it was during lunch hours, the store was surprisingly not busy. However, we ordered the KD Big Crunch combos, and they took a remarkably long time. Also (and this may not be the fault of the store), we were less than delighted with the sandwiches. The sides were great, but the sandwich, I found, almost tasted slightly underdone, and the KD took away from the taste of the chicken. But that's just my opinion of the sandwich itself.

Walk in and wait for the two employees to stop talking to each other so they can serve me, 5 minutes later. Then walks up to the counter on her cellphone texting.
I would comment on the food, but apparently they were out of the sandwich of the day at 7P ?.
"If you'd like, we could get you one of the other sandwiches for $11.99", cash grab, much?
Later update: Uber Eats has the sandwich available for the regular price.

This is definitely one of the better KFCs to go to, there's no drive-thru, which is somewhat of a disadvantage, but whatever they're doing in there, they are doing good.
The food is always super crispy and warm, and I think because it's really busy, but sometimes they don't make enough chicken, a lot of the time actually. And to make a fresh batch is like 15 minutes, I don't see how you could ever run out, because when you start running out you would just put down more chicken, that's the only complaint.
There's definitely a lot worse KFC's than this, but as far as they go this is a pretty good one. The one I prefer to go to the most probably In Guelph at least.

Smiled and greeted myself. Woman at the counter was rude because I wanted to order a fountain drink on top of my pick up order. Got the sauces wrong with my order. Will go to another location next time.
