Considering it was during lunch hours, the store was surprisingly not busy. However, we ordered the KD Big Crunch combos, and they took a remarkably long time. Also (and this may not be the fault of the store), we were less than delighted with the sandwiches. The sides were great, but the sandwich, I found, almost tasted slightly underdone, and the KD took away from the taste of the chicken. But that's just my opinion of the sandwich itself.
This is definitely one of the better KFCs to go to, there's no drive-thru, which is somewhat of a disadvantage, but whatever they're doing in there, they are doing good.
The food is always super crispy and warm, and I think because it's really busy, but sometimes they don't make enough chicken, a lot of the time actually. And to make a fresh batch is like 15 minutes, I don't see how you could ever run out, because when you start running...
