slowest service ever. waited over 40 minutes for one sandwich and a drink. absolutely no sense of urgency from any of the workers.

Pretty sure they forgot my order since it wasn't on the board when I arrived. Thats not so bad on its own but watching them serve uber drivers that walked in after me is straight BS. Chicken pieces were tiny as well. Ill be ordering Popeyes next time.

If you're in the mood for confusing orders in a language that no one can understand, crappie service from a group of hens, and a bad attitude at the window when you tell them that you don't speak under water English, than this location is the place for you. My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru with 2 orders. Taking our orders and payment went smoothly and we parked in a spot across from the drive thru window. The worker stuck her head out of the window and asked, “can you come get the food? Or else I have to bring it.” Unbelievable and highly unprofessional. The point of a drive thru is that you don’t have to get out of your car to get your food. We waited a long time and food was lukewarm. I won’t be eating from here again

I placed an online order for two twisters I asked them to cook freshly the man incharge was extremely rude and hostile told me to wait 30 minutes and then come back. When I asked him why it takes that long I am not ordering a bucket he said he won't make it before 30 minutes. I have never encountered such a rude person in a QSR. I don't plan on visiting this location in the future. Their customer service is abysmal.

The staff working the night shift, both the girl and the guy, were very rude during my visit. On top of that, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes just to get a food, which is really disappointing. I hope the management looks into improving both customer service and efficiency during night hours.

Apparently at this location they are not allowed to hand out water to paying customers during summer would definitely recommend looking into this not allowed to refuse water to paying customers
Very very worst service, employees are too unethical.. they were just busy preparing drive through orders as in other customers at front counter doesn’t exist at all.. they are not even care for telling a person how long does it take to prepare an order..(who is waiting more than 15 minutes and still counting) so bad .. restaurant owners do something

took 40 mins for our order, not just that but they dedicated drive-through way too much and mobile orders. everyone is standing around complaining. there are people who ordered before us and got there food less than 10 minutes and we had very similar orders. i had to go up and make a complaint for them to finally start making my order.
