To the manager: you cant hide your horrible service. I hope KFC corporate eventually sees these reviews and takes this store away from all of you that are employed here because you all work together on ensuring guests have a horrible experience every single time. Even when i try to be nice they ruin something. Save your money and go somewhere else, plus this location ruined KFC image for me.

Food is what you'd expect when it's not crushed in the bag. Staff seem allergic to being visible or front-facing, when I entered the store the only person that was partially visible almost immediately disappeared into the back and I never saw anyone again until a person hastily brought in order to the front. Made themselves actively unavailable to do an order at the till, how to do an order through the kiosk and the kiosk does not let you customize menu items fully.
