took 40 mins for our order, not just that but they dedicated drive-through way too much and mobile orders. everyone is standing around complaining. there are people who ordered before us and got there food less than 10 minutes and we had very similar orders. i had to go up and make a complaint for them to finally start making my order.
Really slow super understaffed and not worth the time
Food is fine but it's the slowest fast food in history. Takes forever to get anything even though there's no lines.
Yummy chicken. I just don't like how it's impersonal due to the fact you must order on machines instead of at the till.
I walked in, no one acknowledged me, after placing my order on the digital screen, no one approached me for 10 minutes, they were all focused on the drive through, six to almost seven cars were served before I was spoken to.
Shot staff no sense all ladies like walking in a park . Slowest kfc ever seen . No one knows english . The owner needs to shut the store and open a Dairy shop instead.
This place is so gross. Just nasty. Go to the one on Wellington if you want KFC. I would stear clear of this nasty place.

Tell me why she this lady pushes down the lid for what drink I got, I guess she pushed it so hard she opened the drink up and used her bare hands on the inside. Disgusting

Will not be coming back to any KFC as nearly every time I come, menu has changed drastically — meau items as well as names even though it’s the same item, just different name at a more expensive price.. When you order not knowing this, it would be appropriate and should be standard to suggest similar items. They do not, could care less about your experience and personally don’t think it’s appropriate to ask 3 times “is that everything” and at the end say “so I guess that’s everything” left the speaker without finishing my order due to the fact I was being rush, even though I was the only person in the drive through. Do better.
Worst experience me and my brother have to stay in cold at the drive thru because they dont wanna open door for pickup and i have to stand there for 25 mins throughout which they took and gave other people orders.
