Uttermost worse customer service!!! Bunch of idiots are running this management. Even though people are complaining about the service, the management should have minimum common sense to fix it but these idiots doesn't even care about their customers. I have been to this location couple of times and every time the girls who take the order and the girl in the drive through doesn't greet the customer neither smile. Even if we ask something, they walk like they didn't hear.THESE GUYS ARE RUINING THE NAME OF A BIG FRANCHISE. FIRE THOSE INDIAN GIRL!!!

Unfortunately some of the staff cannot answer basic questions about items. It’s totally ok to be honest if you are unsure and ask another staff member.Definatley under staffed around 3-4pm which is totally understandable why there may be a wait, but management needs to fix this or they will create unhappy employees and in turn unhappy customers.We made it clear we wanted a twister with regular mayo, we got black pepper mayo and was told it was regular until the manager said it was black pepper, the lady she asked was also bothered by us asking.Please consider that some customers may have allergies, and we we’re really nice when asking too!

Holding this flat, dried up, sham of what appears in their menu (and even in my memory) is supposed to be a "Big Crunch" Not even close, and did someone steal their seasoning, because nothing about this meal, nothing, says Kentucy Fried Chicken.They should be ashamed...I know the Col. Is.

Extremely slow service. Ordered from the kiosk and waited 30 minutes for our food while they served people at the drive through and who went to the counter ahead of us. People who came after us and ordered at the kiosk got served ahead of us. Terribly understaffed so no their fault. Gave us no napkins or forks to eat our food with despite us saying we were dining in. Will never come back to this location.

I wish I had footage to show how horrendous the staff is here. I came on Thursday Dec 7 at 1:30pm to the drive thru before going to work. I drove up to the drive thru speaker, it was dead silent. I said hello several times and got no response. I thought maybe headset was dead or staff was busy for a moment so I went up to the window. I could see a South Asian worker working with a headset. I tried to knock on the window but she completely ignored me and pretended she didn’t see me. So I said screw this I’m going across the street to Burger King. I came back when I finished just to see if anyone was getting served. I saw a car pull in so I came behind them. The car had a south asian driver and her order was taken instantly. I pulled up again once she finished and the worker asked me what I want to order. I asked the worker if this was an act of racism due to me not being from India that she couldn’t answer me or even look at me. She told me yeah have a good day bye. I can’t believe the acts of racism we have to deal with just to order food. Never going there again.
