Kung Fu Tea on Silvercreek (Guelph)

If ordering egg waffles, you must state you would like ice cream added when ordering and referring to the menu picture (which shows ice cream). Really good. The server said many people just order it plain.

Why can't this location EVER get the sweetness level correct? 😭😭 I've been to multiple locations and this is the only location that's off. I always get less sweet at other locations but when I get it here it tastes like it's 0% sweetness. I then try to do 100% sweetness but thrn it's too sweet😭. Guess I'll be sticking to the Kitchener location for the next bit.

On the other hand, the staff have mostly been friendly to us (other than one time we asked for lukewarm tea and got it hot so we asked the guy to put ice in and he got annoyed with us...) and the decoration is super cute! It's always been clean when we visit.

Me and my Husband bought two drinks at the Silvercreek Kung Fu Tea Location on Sunday at 6:45 pm.

The cashier wasn't really friendly and when we ask her about the topping she didn't give us a straight answer and we felt like an idiot.

I work in a customer service like restaurant, hotel and convenience store. You shouldn't treat customer like that.

The owner is amazing lady.. the place is spotless clean .. staff are lovely and my pearl milk tea is the best at Kung Fu

Had the matcha latte with cream cheese and it was great we tried their waffles too and everything was prefect not to sweet at all!

Came in to get an order for my wife and staff. Paid and told them I would be back in 20 minutes. The guy said yes it will be ready, great so I went off and did why I needed. Came back at the 20 minute mark, no order. The girl shouting other orders. It's closer to 30 minutes from ordering and still not done!

Don't tell customers it will be ready in 30 minutes if your not going to have it ready in that time. I won't return, especially as I hate tea.

my wife and daughter's favorite bubble tea place! always ordered my daughter's favorite which is the taro slush with pearls. would recommend!

I had high hopes for this place, but it was honestly a big letdown. First off, the service was super slow — I waited over 20 minutes for one drink, and there weren’t even that many people ahead of me. When I finally got my brown sugar milk tea, it was barely cold, way too sweet, and somehow still tasted watered down. The tapioca pearls were hard in the middle, like they hadn’t been cooked properly.

The staff seemed disorganized and not very friendly. no greeting, no thank you, just handed me the cup and moved on. The store itself wasn’t very clean either. Tables were sticky, and the garbage bins were overflowing.

I really wanted to like this place, but between the bad drink and the bad vibe, I won’t be back. There are way better bubble tea spots all around Guelph.

Yummy bubble waffle. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Best bubble waffle in town. Will definitely come back.

Weow, this place is amazing! The rose tea is a must try, it’s definitely our new favourite bubble tea place in Guelph! Also the waffles are really delicious.

Service is a little slow given how busy it is and there’s one person behind the counter, other than that it’s worth the wait!
