my wife and daughter's favorite bubble tea place! always ordered my daughter's favorite which is the taro slush with pearls. would recommend!

I had high hopes for this place, but it was honestly a big letdown. First off, the service was super slow — I waited over 20 minutes for one drink, and there weren’t even that many people ahead of me. When I finally got my brown sugar milk tea, it was barely cold, way too sweet, and somehow still tasted watered down. The tapioca pearls were hard in the middle, like they hadn’t been cooked properly.

The staff seemed disorganized and not very friendly. no greeting, no thank you, just handed me the cup and moved on. The store itself wasn’t very clean either. Tables were sticky, and the garbage bins were overflowing.

I really wanted to like this place, but between the bad drink and the bad vibe, I won’t be back. There are way better bubble tea spots all around Guelph.

Yummy bubble waffle. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Best bubble waffle in town. Will definitely come back.

Weow, this place is amazing! The rose tea is a must try, it’s definitely our new favourite bubble tea place in Guelph! Also the waffles are really delicious.

Service is a little slow given how busy it is and there’s one person behind the counter, other than that it’s worth the wait!

This place is such a cute spot for bubble tea! All of their drinks are absolutely amazing, but my favorite—and it seems like everyone else’s too (well at least my family)—is definitely the mango cloud. It's just so delicious! If you haven't tried it yet, you really need to!

I hadn’t tried bubble tea before going here and now I cannot stop drinking it !! Specially from here, I crave the taro slush with brown sugar pearls once a week. Plus it’s a beautiful store, music is great and the staff is amazing !

I normally love drinking bubble tea but this experience makes me want to stop drinking it entirely. The first problem is that it took too long for one drink to be made like how long does it take for you to make one small milk tea?? Also when your drink finally comes, 90% of time it will be wrong and will had to be made again. I am not coming back here ever again, I'd rather go to the one in kitchener than come here again.

Very friendly staff, really nice decor on the inside, large menu full of options and fair prices. What else can you ask for?? The bubble teas were great and the chocolate waffle with ice cream and pearls was amazing. I absolutely recommend everyone to try this place. Also a feature I loved was that the menu had a picture of each item. Will definitely go again.
