Absolutely love Kung Fu Tea! The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made every time. There’s a great variety on the menu, from classic milk teas to refreshing fruit teas, and the toppings are always on point. The staff are efficient and make the experience even better. The shop is clean and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or grab a drink on the go. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys quality bubble tea!

Really disappointed with how the staff handled my situation. I was double‑charged and when my sister called the store, they told her to contact the manager at a specific time the next day. She called over and over and the manager never picked up or returned the call. After that, the store stopped answering altogether. The lack of communication and basic customer service was honestly worse than the original payment issue. It was rude, unprofessional, and left a really bad impression.

Girl serving on the weekends was so rude. Told me to be exact to what I want. As she made the wrong tea the first time. Not my fault. Listen to customers instead of rushing them and not explaining things.

If ordering egg waffles, you must state you would like ice cream added when ordering and referring to the menu picture (which shows ice cream). Really good. The server said many people just order it plain.

Why can't this location EVER get the sweetness level correct? 😭😭 I've been to multiple locations and this is the only location that's off. I always get less sweet at other locations but when I get it here it tastes like it's 0% sweetness. I then try to do 100% sweetness but thrn it's too sweet😭. Guess I'll be sticking to the Kitchener location for the next bit.

On the other hand, the staff have mostly been friendly to us (other than one time we asked for lukewarm tea and got it hot so we asked the guy to put ice in and he got annoyed with us...) and the decoration is super cute! It's always been clean when we visit.

Me and my Husband bought two drinks at the Silvercreek Kung Fu Tea Location on Sunday at 6:45 pm.

The cashier wasn't really friendly and when we ask her about the topping she didn't give us a straight answer and we felt like an idiot.

I work in a customer service like restaurant, hotel and convenience store. You shouldn't treat customer like that.
