La Cucina Pizzeria 43 Wyndham N

Been several times and it’s just not good. Went during the week and ordered the chicken parm. It was horrible. Half a chicken breast tenderized and it was dry and stringy. Not to mention the side pasta was barely even a side. Sad to say I’ve had better chicken parm from east side Mario’s and even scaddabush. They both give you two chicken cutlets. I will not be going back.

Not a fan of any restaurant that kicks you or out because they overbooked. Never had that happen to me, ever. Telling everyone to steer clear of "the kitchen" pretending to be Italian restaurant.

Firstly, the pizza was excellent. No complaints about that whatsoever.

The service left a lot of be desired. While our server was nice enough when he was at our table, it seemed like we were the least of his concerns. Most notably, every single table in the restaurant was provided bread, oil and vinegar, except us. He provided no explanation and even walked by to say that we wouldn’t have to wait long for our pizzas, seeing as we had an empty table while everyone around us at least had bread.

Secondly, our white wine was served in a stemless glass. They had several stemmed glasses available but chose not to use them for our table.

While these are generally small details, seeing all the other tables treated significantly differently just ruined the experience.

Will likely not be back, but may order takeout because the food was good.

Amazing pizza! Crust perfectly cooked and flavorful. Wait staff was very friendly. Needed to get to a play and the food was ready in great time. Will definitely go again!

Came here on a Saturday evening. The outdoor dinning was covered with an umbrella. One perk is that you can bring your dog.

The restaurant is situated in downtown Guelph, is clean and beautiful on the inside.

I tried the buratta , salumi e formaggi, pasta el pomodoro, vegetariana white pizza, and the branzino fish special served with vegetables and potatoes.

The food was really good, but for an Italian restaurant, I’m surprised they didn’t carry chilli oil, which is a staple!

It was my first experience going there but for sure won’t be the last. Service is great but the pizza is simply amazing. A gem in the downtown of Guelph. A must try.

Our favourite date night spot for pasta in Guelph!? My boyfriend loves the Pizza Rolls, ask for marinara on the side(we used the calamari one). We got the Rigatoni Allá Genovese & braised beef ravioli with Black Truffle sauce, we both agreed the Genovese was definitely top teir! Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in and was greeted and sat by Micheal ! His service is outstanding ! The food is amazing ! If you’re looking for an authentic spot with top notch service . Obsessed with this restaurant and obsessed with Michael. Michael is 99.9% of the reason why I come back here. The service, the vibe, and just Michael as a person that type of vibe cannot be replicated. La Cucina Pizzaria and La Cucina are the only two restaurants in Guelph that I go to.
