I love lady glaze! I am always greeted kindly when I walk in with a smile from one of their workers. It’s a great atmosphere and I am amazed how positive and happy the employees are considering some of the things they go through with where lady glaze is located. I am a regular customer to lady glaze, because I often bring donuts to my friends and family. Because who doesn’t love donuts? I’ve recently tried there fall flavours and I’m blown away, the dedication to detail on the donuts is great. I appreciate there initiative to sell as many donuts in their To Good To Go boxes as possible. It’s a limit to waste and makes cheaper donuts available to many people. Thank you for what you guys do!

The staff were incredibly friendly, eager to help me choose from their delightful selection. I tried their delicious donuts, and it was nothing short of heavenly—perfectly balanced and incredibly fresh. The shop has a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a treat with friends or family. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem! I'm a big fan of Lady Glaze Doughnuts in Guelph and I've had the pleasure of visiting the other locations such as in Cambridge.
I do hope to see more locations as the franchise expands. These are indeed truly gourmet donuts with a delicious variety and menu that's refreshed often. They also have a decent vegan selection you don't really get elsewhere.
There's a lot of competition in Guelph for donuts we're spoiled for choice. For now Lady Glaze is my favourite for a treat and I happily welcome pack boxes as gifts.
Pricing is however a little steep, but the donuts are so good but... but my wallet.
Being this location is quite small and at the heart of downtown if the pricing came down for some "base" donuts I'm sure more people could walk in for a quick purchase instead of another direction for one cheaper and a double double.
Still I recommend others to make a visit when in the area and they love the donuts and aesthetic of the store. Everyone always has a good chuckle at the store name.
Staff has often been quite friendly though sometimes I have not been acknowledged at all when greeting staff but hey we're there for the donuts anyway and sometimes people are grumpy.

Absolutely loved coming here with my son for donuts; but due to the location and the people that are always hovering around the church and by the store it's quite intimidating to bring my children downtown anymore to come visit. Maybe I'll order online from now on.

This place is amazing! I went in to get treats for a staff meeting and the lovely woman working gave fabulous recommendations. After a quick chat, I learned she was the manager. Bravo, Lady Glaze, for hiring such kind and capable staff. I will most definitely be returning! Oh, the doughnuts were just as phenomenal as the service!
5 out of 5 donuts are amazing the worker on wednesday around 11 was amazing very nice but i would like it give management 0/5 because how cruel do you have to be to schedule one worker alone first of all is that not a safety concern especially since it’s downtown guelph right beside the church where homeless stay?? and how is someone supposed to even go to the bathroom when they are alone?? poor girl i wish her the best , management step up!
