Seriously disappointed in this location. I just moved out here and was super excited about there being a Lady Glaze nearby. I had a hair appointment close to there and I asked my wife to grab a few while she waited. I was SO disappointed when she got back. This donut looked like a mutated onion ring covered in sprinkles. It was so thin and anorexic. I feel we really got ripped off. I’m not sure if they’re trying to save money but this is horrifically offensive to receive, especially for the price.
Please tell me this was a cruel joke by your baker…
Addition to my comment based on the response below. I’m celiac. You’re catering to me. I’ve gotten gluten free donuts from dozens of other companies and they don’t look like this. Your response is incredibly rude as you’re accusing me of being insensitive to people that are celiac or gluten free. I’m not. I’m simply pointing out that it seems as though you’re either cutting corners or skimping to save a dollar. Learn to take criticism.
I’m really hoping you amend your response as this is public and it’s showing you don’t care and are just wanting to point a finger and say “this is how we do it and we don’t want people like you.”

Donuts look great same with the price ! Store was closed with no notice online in Guelph, called Kitchener and they cannot accommodate with delivery since they do not have drivers during the week/without large delivery fees.

I'm definitely in the minority here apparently, but for me a good quality donut is light and fluffy with great flavour. These donuts for me don't really have any of those qualities. 5/5 for presentation, but I would never eat another donut from here.

I love lady glaze! I am always greeted kindly when I walk in with a smile from one of their workers. It’s a great atmosphere and I am amazed how positive and happy the employees are considering some of the things they go through with where lady glaze is located. I am a regular customer to lady glaze, because I often bring donuts to my friends and family. Because who doesn’t love donuts? I’ve recently tried there fall flavours and I’m blown away, the dedication to detail on the donuts is great. I appreciate there initiative to sell as many donuts in their To Good To Go boxes as possible. It’s a limit to waste and makes cheaper donuts available to many people. Thank you for what you guys do!
