I visited the store intending to purchase shawarma from the spit. I requested beef, but I was informed it was unavailable, and only chicken was on the spit. I expressed that this should have been communicated beforehand and requested a refund, which was denied. When I asked to speak with the manager, the individual claimed to be the manager which he clearly wasn’t. Very unsatisfied.
