We are not the kind of customers to ask for extra discounts, especially on Shawarma Day. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding here, and we kindly ask that you review the situation, as it appears someone might have misled you.
We were a group of people with a bulk order, simply speaking among ourselves in our native language while waiting in a long line. In that flow, we greeted your employee politely. At no point did we ask for any extra discount — especially not on a Shawarma Day offer we’ve happily enjoyed before.
If your employee couldn’t understand, he could have politely said so. However, we were taken aback when they suddenly started shouting. Is that the preferred way of handling things in an establishment?
It’s unfortunate that our friendly conversation and group order were misinterpreted this way. What’s even more disappointing is the unprofessional and disrespectful public response from the business instead of taking a moment to clarify the situation. This incident, especially in front of a crowd, made us feel very uncomfortable. We didn’t expect this kind of treatment, and this experience — along with the tone of your reply — was truly disheartening.

Hygiene issues, Arrogance response, they are soo rude. I will never recommend this restaurant, try to avoid. There are so many places better than this, which will give good food taste, and good environment.
Iam editing this review because you gave same reply to others aswell To cover your mistake you start blaming others. We never asked for discount. Get educated, don't play cheap tricks to cover your track. No one will ask for discount on $5 Don't worries, wallahi i will never ever vist any of the lazeez Shawarma locations

When I go out to eat somewhere, I rarely sit down inside. This time I did. Food was pretty good. But this establishment had a neglected, twitching dying Beta fish in a tiny, grimy tank. Filthy and disgusting behaviour from a food chain. I would add a picture but it's honestly upsetting just how horrible this fish looked. Will not be ordering from this place again.

This was our first time at this Lazeez Shawarma location (Stone Road).
This location is so convenient for us. The store was very clean and well maintained.
I was assisted by Reza and by Arbaz. They both were very polite, helpful, efficient and considerate. They understood perfectly my order requirements.
The food was delicious and fresh. The portions were very generous. It's so great that my son loves their food.
This Lazeez location is fully recommended 😉😁😎🤟🏻🇨🇦🍁

Hit or miss with this location, it's good when the meat is fresh but when they reheat the old meat it feels like you're chewing on rocks
