It is the small things that often make a difference in choosing excellent coffee.
Having a bag of coffee that I can re-seal and remove the air from via a one way valve is genius and is an extra cost for the manufacturer. It also shows me that they know what they are doing and care about their product.

The coffee is excellent. Staff are friendly. In terms of atmosphere it is different from a regular coffee shop because it's in an older commercial building, but there are tables to sit at. I would say it is more of a grab and go kind of place personally. The apparel they have for sale looks awesome.
Going to Lost Aviator on the weekends has been a habit for my daughter and I for over a year now. We're delighted with the Laird Road location that offers seating so we can sit and chat while drinking their fantastic coffee. The Co-Pilot lattes are delicious and the baked goods are to die for. The staff is friendly and helpful, always explaining any new drinks to us to try and enjoy. The aviation decor and atmosphere is welcoming. So glad we found this place!
