If you're the type who will drive to Costco for a hotdog, this is not the place for you. If you're the type who does not enjoy an upset stomach, this IS the place for you!The food is excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant. The service can be hit or miss. It depends on volume

I was trilled that I finially found a filipino buffet food in Guelph. But more disappointed that there was not alot of selection as they presented on their website. The food was tasty but they give little portion for the price you pay for. Most disapointing to me was the number #1 Halo Halo. They forgot the condence milk which was very upsetting. I wasn't able to eat the whole thing cause all I can taste was the crush ice mostly. I don't think I'll ever go back again.

First time at Lovely Pao store/buffet today. I have tried a very tasty pork with olives and potato on rice; It has been first time that I have visited the store, for this reason I have been served a complementary Siopao ( a steamed dumpling with chicken and egg inside) to try; thank you!Kid-friendliness: Very nice and friendly service;Parking: Lot's of free parking available

As a Filipino, I really love being able to grab Filipino food in Guelph especially the ones I don't know how to make myself.Their food is good but their customer service can use some work. I was trying to order food for my son's birthday, I was calling them on a Tuesday (the order was for Friday) no answer. I was trying to call all day, I checked all their social media and website to see if there was any post regarding being closed, there was none. We decided to go to store to place the order, after going out of our way to drive there, to our dismay we saw a note on their door stating they're closed until the Thursday. Very disappointed in this we still wanted to order food for my family that was coming for my son's birthday. My husband emailed them to place an order, we used the website which stated the pricing. When we emailed, my husband had wrote his order with the listed pricing from the website. I gave enough cash to my husband to cover the order based on the website pricing. When my husband arrived he found out the cost was more than we expected and in the emails it was NEVER communicated the total price of the order or that the prices have changed. We were really upset about this. I don't think I'd ever order here for parties again as the communication with them is terrible, I only recommend doing regular take out from them. Next time I'll make the trip to Kitchener for Sari-Sari for larger orders.

I did not have food there, I found it unfortunate that they dont have an everyday menu. I was looking for Adobo and they told me they do not have a schedule.

Took forever (25 minutes) to make the all day breakfast and they didn't even have the beef available. Order one combo and they made two for some reason. The only good thing was the donuts. I would never return here after such bad service.
