Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Ivy did everything in her control to make sure our visit was good. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was personable and provided top of the line customer service. We will be returning!

Ivy was amazing!! she was so sweet and very quick to take my order! very easy to talk to! just sitting waiting for my order she was making conversation to others and delivering food asking if they needed anything else. thank you ivy! -sam!

Wings were cooked well and very happy with the quesadillas & onion rings. Sadly, the great food was all overshadowed by poor customer service. Ordered online 30 minutes ahead of time, upon arriving our order wasn’t ready and we waited 5 minutes in the lobby until the cashier asked “what do you want” and proceeded to tell us it was a 10-15 minute additional wait for 2 food items and a side. We then went back after 15 minutes to pickup the food and waited another 5 minutes in the lobby while the cashier stapled a food bag 10 times to mess with a customer and pretended not to notice me waiting. She then turned around and once again rudely asked “what do you want” and gave me my food. After arriving home, the food bag had been stapled at least 5 times with so many extra staples they fell into our bag and was incredibly hard to open. There was no napkins, utensils or even the side of salsa and cream for my food. Overall, while the food was very tasty, I will not be returning due to a complete lack of customer service.
We were served by Ivy today! Best experience I’ve ever had for a walk in place. The food was amazing but was nothing compared to the extraordinary service provided today! Thanks Ivy for the amazing service.
