I used to eat manchu wok back in the day when it was in the mall. However I am truly impressed with the quality at this location. I have had it three times this week and not once I was disappointed. Whenever John is working I noticed the quantity and the freshness are perfect. He has great customer service skills and knows how to cook

Excellent service by Sudharsan. I often visit the store for dinner and Sudharsan usually serves me. He is very professional and allow you to customize food of your choice. Overall the quantity and Quality of food is very good and I highly recommend everyone

Honestly, I probably won't go back.
Best guess is that the oils used to cook the food had overheated/burned or expired.
I had pork and chicken and could not taste the difference.
