Delicious ice cream and the staff member was very nice. Would definitely go again and recommend this for anyone with a sweet tooth. You can get the basic ice cream or create your own work of art. Enjoy!!!

Who doesn't love ice cream? Their products are great and the selection is pretty good about 44 bucks for three people was a bit of a surprise.

Lazy lady worker in afternoon shift ( IT HAPPENED ON 19th JULY,2024 around 9:30PM) who makes angry faces if you would have asked her to add any toppings on the ice cream. She was rude , never said “welcome” or “thank you”, she didnt even mix the icecream well with all the toppings and just tried to get away from doing it anyway! Why did they hire such rude and careless people in customer service jobs!! Never going there again!

Everything was great until my mother who speaks broken English asked for whip cream on my daughter's ice cream. The workers response when she didn't understand the question was incredibly rude saying "ummm what?"

Then she gave the tiniest little dollop of whip cream. I asked if we could pay more for extra but she said we cannot pay more because then there's not enough for "everyone". We were the only ones in the store at the time. And then proceeded to say there was no button on the machine for extra. I guess if you want extra whip cream for your milkshake that isn't allowed??

Overall, rude experience by this girl. Seemed pretty unhappy to be working. Though as soon as other people came in that weren't speaking with accents she was a lot kinder which was interesting to observe.

The only thing better than the ice-cream was the very nice man working there!

I showed up at 10:56 and the worker wouldn’t serve me ice cream. I tried really hard to get there before closing and was really disappointed that I couldn’t enjoy ice cream.
