Me and my family went last night and had an amazing experience! The service was excellent and the technique they used to make the ice cream was really cool to watch. The shop was very clean, and the owner was so friendly — he even made our ice cream fresh right in front of us! He treated us like family, which made the whole visit extra special. Definitely recommend Marble Slab for a fun and delicious treat!

What happened? I use to love marble slab. Now smaller servings and higher price And, it doesn’t taste as good.

My favourite ice cream spot in town.I loved their raspberry cheesecake cake.

The icecream tastes really good. I tried many flavors, but my personal favorite one is the salted caramel. The customer service was one of the main point to mention. I will really love to go back and try another flavour.

I used to enjoy coming here, but it seems like management has changed recently—and not for the better. The staff came across as rude and poorly trained, which made the whole experience unpleasant. On top of that, the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, yet the prices remain the same. What felt even worse was the way they handled things: a bit cunning, almost as if they were trying to cut corners without customers noticing. Sadly, this place has lost the charm and quality it once had.

$18 to $20 for two cones a very large scoop that filled the entire cone... That was until the end of 2024-2025 now you pay 18-24 dollars for two small cones only to get half the icecream you got at the beginning of 2024, added to that rude staff that barely speak English and you have yourself an overly expensive experience with a little ok icecream

I visited this location with my family.Ice cream taste is really so good.Staff is very friendly and cooperative.Nice and clean sitting area.Will definitely go back there.Highly recommended

Been going here since as long as I can remember and now it’s under new management and it’s so bad they literally didn’t say hi or acknowledge me when I came in then when I ordered a litre of ice cream and he started putting the mix ins in he seemed upset I got multiple scoops of the same topping mind you I’m getting a LITRE and I only choose 3 toppings so yes I would like more than one scoop thanks but he didn’t even grab enough Ice cream to fill the tub so instead of getting more and mixing more mix instead he just put more ice cream on top with no mix ins… and also then icecream tastes different and the store isn’t clean anymore. literally so upsetting I miss the old staff and management It’s so bad now :/

I had a really good experience at this store. Mr Ahsan, the owner, was very kind and welcoming.

Old management actually cared about the place, seems to be lacking in the cleanliness department.
