I had a really good experience at this store. Mr Ahsan, the owner, was very kind and welcoming.

Old management actually cared about the place, seems to be lacking in the cleanliness department.

Been coming here a long time. New management clearly cut costs by not cooling the stone, and the ice cream is not kept as cold.

It was amazing! The ice cream was super creamy and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. The shop had a cozy, welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavours — highly recommend!

Been coming here since it first opened eons ago. The last few weeks saw some new faces and the portion sizes are about 2/3-1/2 what was served prior. The ice cream tastes good but sadly I'll not be returning.

Ice cream itself was not bad but the customer service was terrible at this place. I went in with my family (including an infant and my mom) after lunch on June 15 and there was a gentleman (he told his name was Ehsan) who was very rude, didn’t smile, and outright argumentative.

We were being served by a young lady who was nice and courteous. After getting the first ice cream, my wife who was in the middle of getting the second one got rudely interrupted by a gentleman asking the lady staff to help other customers first before us. When my wife asked why because we’ve been here 10 mins before the other customers and in the middle of our order, he said why are some of you sitting in the back? My wife had to explain we already got one of our ice creams and were ordering the second one. Mind you I was sitting in the chair taking care of my infant because it was a hot day.

Anyways, I didn’t want to further ruin anyone’s experience so we took three ice creams but honestly, I’d lost my appetite so I didn’t get any for myself, we just paid and left.

This was my first visit to this Marble Slab location and probably the last due to such a disappointing experience. I’d like to mention that lady staff was great but the guy was so rude. The owner needs to hire better staff who can actually provide decent customer service and are not greeting customers with a frown because they have young kids or old parents and are taking a minute to order.

They offer a wide variety of ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from. I tried English Toffee as a topping in a chocolate waffle cup, and it was delicious! Surprisingly, I enjoyed the waffle more than the ice cream itself 😋😃. The texture was crisp and rich in flavor. They also have some tempting cake options available, which I’m planning to try on my next visit. Overall, it’s a great spot for dessert lovers!

Ice cream is awesome, but melts too fast. Even on a cold day. Be prepared if you have young kids.

Micah who was working tonight was very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was good and he did a really good job with mixing in the toppings. Great experience will be going again and recommending.

Delicious ice cream and the staff member was very nice. Would definitely go again and recommend this for anyone with a sweet tooth. You can get the basic ice cream or create your own work of art. Enjoy!!!

Who doesn't love ice cream? Their products are great and the selection is pretty good about 44 bucks for three people was a bit of a surprise.
