I had a big Mary sandwich with taters, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Taste really delicious and the service was very good. The staff greated nice and the place was clean and maintained well

I recently visited Mary Brown’s Chicken to order a 6-piece chicken combo with medium taters for $24.99. I specifically requested only white meat without wings or drumsticks, and the cashier informed me that it was possible, but with an additional charge of $1.80 per piece. However, when I asked if I could include a center breast piece, I was told there would be an additional $3 charge per piece. This was confusing since I was already paying an upcharge for each white meat piece.
The cashier then mentioned that the 9-piece combo with large taters includes center pieces, but this information was not on the menu. When I asked where this policy was written, I was told that’s just the way it is. The lack of clear information on the menu and inconsistent charges made for a frustrating experience. It would be helpful if all additional charges and specific piece options were transparently listed to avoid confusion. I hope Mary Brown’s can improve communication about their pricing and policies.

i eat here all the time , often mondays cuz big mary monday ;) but every time i come in they are so nice to me n they make the food so good ! the cashier i often get is so nice n really pretty n the workers behind the counter are always smiling while making the food :) good mary browns location all around

We were just there and the young lady was so polite and nice, place was spotless. Her name started Nad i forget the rest. Your parents did a great job raising you. Helping the old guy back to his car bringing the food to him. My wife and I were very impressed ? Mary Browns on silvercreek.

Don’t order online for delivery. They use skip and twice I have been missing items. A text is sent to call the store. The store says it’s on skip. Skip can’t do anything because you didn’t order from their site so you don’t have an order number to give them. So neither is accountable. You’ll pay $30 for half a a 3 piece meal!
