I just had lunch there today (06/12/25) the Indian girl at the counter taking orders was EXTREMELY rude. Not a nice way to start off your meal at all. She could use some Customer Service training. STEP IT UP MARY BROWN's !

I have ordered from this location around three times in the past year and the service is unbeatable even for a fast food spot. Gurjot(sp.) and his crew are always professional yet efficient, always asking about how one would like the chicken and if sauces or other condiments are required. One time they even took my order at almost closing time. And the food is awesome too- I always order the extra spicy chicken which is always flavourful and crispy.
Forgets items in delivery orders all the time. Horrible.
I am not sure if there is new management but the guy who served me was rude and I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and it was disgusting bin was completely covered in sticky sauce on outside of bun and I ended up waisting my money and not eating it. I'm not sure if I will go back to this location again
Really good customer service. And the Girl with specs always made best burger always drain the chicken oil before putting in the buns . Best marry brown . I have tried toronto to oakville and now guelph . Really enjoyed.

I had a big Mary sandwich with taters, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Taste really delicious and the service was very good. The staff greated nice and the place was clean and maintained well
