We ordered this evening and all three of our sandwich buns were mouldy. Instead of offering a refund I have to do another order (and pay for another delivery) to get three more sandwiches. Not sure why I’d want to eat there again.
I love Mary Browns. Tonight I loved it even more. As I was entering the store there was a homeless man outside walking by the store and looking for a ride. The staff at this store ended up bringing him out a warm meal! This totally warmed my heart. Great job to the staff there tonight. Mona was fantastic and went above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness to the gentleman and for your great service! You are a valuable employee and they are lucky to have you!
We ordered a 3 finger combo tonight and two of the fingers were the size of popcorn chicken pieces. When I contacted the store to inquire, I was told that is the size and she really didn't care. The pieces were shorter than my 8 year olds thumbs for $10!!!
