NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN MCDONALDS FOOD!!! The past two times of ordering online thru Uber my food was COLD AND STALE!!! Fries especially are ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT AND FRESH!!!! WITH SALT!!! Did I get that?! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! And if I order a burger WITH CHEESE, WHY DID THEY REMOVE THE CHEESE?! Furthermore if I say ADD MAYO!!!!! I expect you to PUT MAYO!! I didn’t get my food the way I ordered it twice in a row now this is more than disappointing I’m soooooo not happy right now!! Coming from a return guest who orders frequently THIS IS BAD!!! If someone orders pancakes like I did the last time you would think to put syrup and butter in the bag right? I had zero syrup and butter NO NAPKINS, NOTHING!! No ketchup either and for the nuggets I ordered I specifically said I’d like three bbq sauce….GUESS WHAT?!!! NEVER GOT THAT EITHER!!!

Stopped in during a road trip..It was not clean at all .there were fries thrown across the floor.The burger lacked the sauce like you get in other McDonald's.Parking was a bit difficult to find , maybe as it was Good Friday afternoon.The burger had the crispy chicken but still the lack of the sauce made it super dry to eat.Might not be a good option to visit unless absolutely necessary.
Managed to get my order wrong... Amazing how easy it is eh!? Cheeseburger happy meal with just ketchup... Even confirmed by the team member "so just the burger with just cheese and ketchup" yup. No cheese.

Went through the drive thru tonight, payment went through my account on my phone and employee at 2nd window said you have to pay again? I said no, this has happened before and said I can see it came out of my account so no I am not paying again. He said I don’t make the rules…I said get a manager. She told him to just give the order to me the same issue happened with the car behind me. The employee at the second window needs to learn how to speak to a customer, we are paying his wage.Not sure I will be back.

This location is notorious for forgetting items in your McDonald’s delivery order. Every time I’ve ordered from this location, I’m always, ALWAYS missing (usually) multiple items. Apparently it takes rocket science to read an order correctly and put it in a bag. Ridiculous. And on top of never receiving a full order, the food I do happen to get is literally thrown together and comes to me looking like someone threw up in the boxes. Never ordering from here again. Terrible, terrible. ?
