This McDonald's constantly messes up with orders. Can't make a tea they make a coffee instead. Server burgers without the meat. Server raw or half cooked meat. Fries have been burnt to the point of no more potato in the Fries. They server brown lettuce. There excuse for being a mess up everyday, is were short staff. It's time ms owner closes down stone road location permanently or re-train managers and employees. Some managers here need to be fired as they have a poor attitude/facial expressions when costumers come with a problem.

You order a cheese burger and they will give you : bun, slice of cheese and 2 pickles with some mix Mayo and will charge for quarter pound meat. Tried the new mcpops which are basically just like the Lil donuts, tge berry one was the best. Person at window smiled and said good choice they are really good! I like that they interacted more than just thanks bye!

I live right beside this place, again they forget to put all the food you payed for in the damn bags! Must be making a killing off free money and no product! I have lost count how many times this has happened this year! Service is just continues to get worse, staff pay zero attention to make sure you have all the food you payed for!

Ordered the food from the drive through . The customer service was excellent . She got the order right from the 1st time . Line was a bit busy and slow but the food quality was great.

Ordered 3 meals and asked them TWICE to make all three fresh. I worked at McDonald's before and know they're supposed to put "GRILL" and request it made fresh at the till and I know I would have to wait for my "fresh food". My food was given to me at the window and that alone let me know none of it was made fresh. I took a bite of my McChicken and it was disgusting! Cold, stale. The fries in my happy meal and ice cold as well. I went back in the drive thru and asked for my food to he remade FRESH. The crew member taking the orders had the audacity to ask me "How do you know your food is not made fresh?". I'm like "Sir??? !! Pardon me?? Maybe I tasted it??" Ugh. Never again. There's always a long a** line or your order will be wrong. Avoid if possible!!

It’s like this place is allergic to getting orders right! I wouldn’t be writing a review if it wasn’t a repeated issue, the chances of you getting your right order are on par with getting a winning a lottery ticket after being struck by lightning. Maybe this McDonald’s has been cursed by an old wizard to only give incorrect orders for all eternity? Maybe they just do it for a good laugh I don’t really know but I mean when will it end???
