How hard is it to get a simple order right? This is TWICE now, the first time i asked for a sprinkle cookie and a smores cookie and i was given a chocolate chip instead of smores and the second time i ask for sprinkle and smores then i get to the food window and they waited to tell me they dont have smores so i asked for 2 sprinkle cookies and AGAIN ended up with 1 sprinkle and 1 chocolate chip

If you hope to get what you ordered, I suggest you DO NOT go here. Every single time we order from this location, the order is wrong. Last time, they just straight up left out a whole meal order. This time, they were explicitly told (and typed on the receipts) NO ketchup, NO onions, NO pickles on two burgers, both of which had ALL of those condiments. Root beer instead of coke. I really don't understand how they continue to get orders wrong time after time. Management, train your employees appropriately!!!!!

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a long time. The other day, I saw a hijabi girl at the counter who took my order — I believe her name was Maryam. She was very kind, and her warmth truly made my cold day start on a positive note.
