Worst McDonald's visit ever. Around 12:30 lunch time and the french fries were cold ??? And the McChicken sandwich was disgusting. I feel sick after eating there. Never again for sure. Very cold atmosphere and decor and no napkins or condiments available.

Good food, as is normal from McDonalds. However, Muhammad, who handed me food, provided excellent service. Helpful, attentive, and always with a smile on his face! Thank you Muhammad, you made my day!
We came to this location to grab dinner on our way home and had the most terrible customer service experience we’ve had in a long time. We got pulled through and were told they were waiting on ‘fresh fries’. We sat in the pulled through spot for 20 minutes and had still not received anything. The car ahead of us was also pulled through and after watching at least 15 cars get their food and leave they became so angry that they left. My partner went inside to ask what was going on and wasn’t even offered an apology. When they did bring the food out, the fries were stone cold. Would highly recommend going to any other fast food chain over this one.

Prices are ridiculous. Go enjoy a nice meal at a dine in restaurant for less money and better food. I paid over 10 bucks for a slop burger. Wasn't even worth 5 bucks

Hi there,
I'm really disappointed—yet again—with my recent delivery. I'm less than 5 minutes away from the location, and somehow the food still arrives stale and clearly old. It’s obvious this isn’t freshly made, and it’s frustrating that you think customers can’t tell the difference.
McDonald’s is supposed to taste fresh, and frankly, there’s no excuse for sending out food that’s been sitting around. If it’s a policy to pack old food for delivery, then it seriously needs to be re-evaluated.
Also, I ordered three kids meals—and you sent the exact same toy in each one. That makes no sense. When multiple kids' meals are going to the same household, why would you assume kids are fine getting the same toy? They're not. It's lazy and inconsiderate.
Please do better. This kind of service is unacceptable.
