We had a lovely Date Night here on Wednesday. An outstanding value for a wonderful dinner.

We've always had good luck, even when the food isn't "amazing," because the staff make this restaurant such a treat. Try the couples night on Wednesdays if you are looking for something to do with a friend or significant other.

The food here is quite good, especially the pizzas. The environment is okay, and the servers were relatively nice. Most cafes are rather disappointing when it comes to quantity of food and how filling it would be, but this is virtually indistinguishable from your typical restaurant in that regard. Overall a positive eating experience.

I love this restaurant! The ambiance and service, unique cocktails, vegan options! My vegan butternut squash risotto was absolutely scrumptious! My only complaint is that the only vegan dessert option(Apple Crisp) was far too sweet. I would have liked the syrup to come on the side so that I could add my own level of sweetness, as well as having a non-dairy vanilla ice cream rather than a peach sorbet.Vegetarian options: Yummy vegan options!!

I ate lunch here with a colleague and a customer. I ordered a cappuccino and it as just Ok, I wouldn’t order it again. I had a Soppressata pizza for lunch and it was very average. I normally like pizza crust but this pizza had a hard crust which I didn’t like. We decided to eat at this restaurant for a business meeting and it was very loud and difficult to hear while talking to people at our table. I would not go out of my way to eat here again, it’s just an average cafe with Ok food.Parking: There is no parking lot at this location. The only parking is on the street.

Disclaimer: this is for my delivery experience. The food was just not good. I got the butternut squash soup, trout, risotto, and sticky toffee pudding. The trout was the only dish remotely close to cooked well. Everything else was just… not prepared correctly. Each dish just screamed “over ambitious chef without the skill or experience to execute.”Based on the trout, there is good food here. It just isn’t the “fancy” more complex or difficult dishes to make.

Miijidaa rocks! This place turned out to be way better than expected. I had the elk steak- best steak I've had in a while.... Was cooked to perfection. We will be coming back.

I always Miijida was a very lovely experience. I brought a friend in who is from out of town, and we were taking care of very well by our server, Corey. The soppressata pizza is always very hard to pass up, and my friend really enjoyed the sous vide chicken.

We had a great experience here, as always! The food is SO good, service is great, nice atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to make my dad's birthday dinner special (i.e., free dessert of our choice, didn't charge us for our coffees, $10 gift card with a hand-written message). This place isn't cheap, but it's really high-quality so it's worth it :)

My go-to restaurant in Guelph, with very fair prices and incredible pizzas. I love how they’re willing to get experimental with some of the sauce bases, and as much as I was hesitant about a butternut squash purée base, it was incredible. I could eat the Soppressata daily.

The food was really good it was just the service was not great. When we were sat down the hostess told us another waiter would be coming over. She then came back took our order and the kitchen is who brought our food out. No one else came to the table to ask if we wanted more drinks or if the food was okay or anything. I think they forgot to assign us a server or something. Someone came by at the end and said she was taking over (for who I do not know as we had no one) It was a little disappointing as this is a nicer restaurant and our bill was quite expensive to not have a server at all.

Restaurant has a varied menu: something for everyone (young adult to seniors, vegan, gluten free and meat eaters) loved it! Food arrived pretty quickly and it was hot. We had Manitoulin fish, barley risotto, venison burger and fish and chips. Quite satisfying and delicious. The only negative comment was that the burger was a little too lean/dry - even though the venison is "smashed" with ground pork, but maybe that's what you get with venison. There are creative non alcoholic beverage choices (a rhubarb soda had a nice hint of rhubarb, but was a little too sweet) and our waitress made some perfectly dirty martinis. We sat at the first high top table. There was a chilly breeze from outside as customers arrived - I would probably ask not to sit there next time. Music was neutral but nice and not too loud, so we could enjoy good conversation. We will be back!
