Terrible experience. Ordered 3 hot dogs and 1 sausage all 3 hot dogs were cold and undercooked while the sausage had be sat on the rack for ages. When questioned about the quality of the food the kid working refuse to remake the order and also refused a full refund after returning the cold uncooked food. I received $20 back from a $34 dollar order after arguing with him. Very disappointed and will never be returning
drove downtown to get a hotdog. Told they only have veggie dogs and are shown a MASSIVE pile of veggie dogs. Ask for sausages and he says they’re not ready yet. How long? Two minutes. Ok yeah no biggie we’ll wait. We’ll take two Italian. Told he’s only cooking two sausages, one Italian, one German. Ok sure whatever we’ll take em. Then Handed two sad sausages, no cuts no grill marks. We ask, don’t you usually grill them? He says they are grilled… huh? Not a char mark grill mark to be seen. FORGET IT! Not paying $20 for two limp sad cold weenies on a dry ass buns. Get it together mo! Only hotdog stand in Guelph and it doesn’t even have hotdogs! The kid working seemed like he just crawled out of a pod!
Had a deal at his food cart for “2 beets for $1”. I asked for two beets and was scowled at, he paused, and then charged $2 instead of $1 for the beets.

Hot dog was average at best. Definitely not worth $10 for a hotdog and a drink.

Extremely bad customer service and will never go back again. After purchasing food, asked us to step away and did not give extra napkins because we were allowed only one napkin per purchase. Sausage was ok and not worth the money. If you care about your money, “do not go to this place”

Had a mediocre polish sausage with decent toppings from a relatively minimal selection. The server ignored me while he talked on the phone for a good minute and did not apologize for making me wait. $9 for street meat and a drink seemed steep but everything else in the neighbourhood was even steeper.

Dog me down
Don't know what would possibly possess them to start selling funnel cakes instead of shawarma. It was my favorite shawarma in the city, too. Very disappointing.

One of my main spots to eat. good location, well kept, and excellent service. Very good job!

Absolutely the worst. I was a customer here for _years_, since I was working downtown, and the owner asked for my help with taking pictures, and setting up some things on his Facebook page. He promised to pay, but when the job was done exactly as he asked, he refused to pay what he said after the work was complete. Then he started calling me rude, insulting names when I politely tried to collect the money from him. Don't buy from him, don't sell anything to him is my advice.
Is rude and doesn’t pay his suppliers.
Our Saturday July 1 visit was our third or fourth. Previously the food and service had been excellent. This time neither was good, with most of the fault being in the kitchen. Three orders of eggs Benedict arrived with hard boiled eggs under the sauce. One was ordered with tomatoes, came without, was sent back, and arrived with a miserly tomato end tucked in. The server was apologetic but getting no support from the kitchen. Clearly the buffet would have been a better choice.
