Whatever happened to āfast foodā????? Had to wait 5 minutes for them to make them; sure they were fresh but WAY too hot to eat. Overpriced for fried dough and some chocolate. Not ever again!!!!!!

Iāve always enjoyed visiting Mr. Puffs in Hamilton and Mississauga, so I was excited to try the Guelph location. Unfortunately, my experience didnāt meet the same standard. I ordered my usual favorites ā the Bueno and Cappuccino Crisp glaze ā but found that the puffs were quite greasy and had more oil than sauce. The drizzle was minimal compared to what Iāve received at other locations, which made the overall flavour less enjoyable. They simply didnāt have the same quality or flavour Iāve come to expect. While I appreciate having a location closer to home, I hope to see improvements in consistency so it matches the quality Iāve experienced elsewhere.
