The donuts at the Guelph location were cold and appeared to have been fried quite some time ago before being stocked. In contrast, the Heartland location consistently serves fresh, hot donuts. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

I had such a good experience with the blonde girl her name was Dekan she made my day , she was so bright and smiley and very good energy . She was very nice to talk to as she was making my puffs I loved my experience and food was amazing deff recommend to my friends and family

Amazing experience at Mr. Puffs Guelph! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is spotless and very well maintained. You can really see the attention to cleanliness and customer service. The puffs are always fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious with so many yummy flavors to choose from. Highly recommend this place to anyone in Guelph — definitely coming back again!

We have ordered numerous times through UBER the last couple of times it has taken way too long to get here and they are always cold and soggy. UBER eats seems to value drivers picking up 4-5 orders along the way and delivering food COLD and SOGGY. What a horrible experience! No more!

Ordered some Mr Puffs today, first the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house (not Mr Puffs problem), second, the "puffs" were extremely crunchy and hard and not very enjoyable. definitely not going there again.

My recent (and first) visit to Mr. Puffs in Guelph was excellent. The customer service was friendly, the location was remarkably clean, and the puffs were delicious, served nice and warm. I highly recommend this spot for a pleasant treat.

Went to Mr. Puffs (Dougall Ave., Windsor) for the first time tonight after dinner after hearing so many great reviews.They were all correct! What a gem this place is! The desserts are incredible! Special shout out to Riley who went through everything a first timer needs to know with such patience and care. Her recommendations were excellent! I even got a free 6 pack as today is my birthday! Ended up taking 66 puffs home and have zero regrets lol
