Mr. Souvlaki

This is usually my go to for food when at the mall, but after today, I think I'll be going elsewhere.
For starters, I waited in line to order for well over 20 minutes, and there was only around 4-6 people ahead of me.
By the time I finally got to order my food, I was given an insane amount of attitude. I got the souvlaki plate. When my salad was put together, the cheese wasn't put on. While she was doing it, I was looking down at my daughter so I didnt see it was missed until I sat down to eat. I got the end of the bin rice, so it was so old and dry, and sure enough, after she scrapped out what she could and put it into my food, she switched it for fresh rice.
I asked for the potato juice on the rice and I got a huge sigh of annoyance. At the end, I asked for extra tzatziki (no issue paying the extra $), she put on 1 and a quarter scoop, where as the person ahead of me who asked for extra, got 2 very full scoops.

She then rang me through, and walked away before I even paid. I needed a reciept, but she couldn't be bothered to come over to me despite saying excuse me. I waited a few minutes saying excuse me, within that time, she went to the back to get more rice, put more chicken on the grill, then went to serve someone else, and the gentlemen pointed to me saying that I needed something. She walks over and says what do you want, with a ridiculous amount of attitude. When I asked for the reciept, she printed it then slapped it on the counter and walked away.

Then, I go to sit down to try and enjoy my meal after all this crap, only to find (as I said in the beginning), that my meal wasn't even made properly.

So, safe to bet I dont think ill be returning after all of this.

They did not skimp at all on the toppings and made my Falafel on the spot. It came out fresh

Food was stellar and a generous portion! Got the Chicken Souvlaki and it was absolutely delicious. As someone with tip fatigue, I really appreciate that there was no tip prompt (and no guilt) when paying. 5 stars!

Worst service! I work in mall and order through Ubers eat to save time as l only get half hour break. Today l waited 5 mins which is fine with one person at front but then asked for proof of order on my phone l said l didn’t have my phone as l have never been asked and l get a meal at least once a week.
What pissed me off was the eye roll and attitude l god from the server today at 1:06 pm.

Unfortunately you lost a customer and l will go to other vendors going forward.

I see a lot of negative comments. However, as someone who comes here to eat weekly, I think the food is appropriate for the price. I like the food here and appreciate the effort of the staff

It’s the best place to eat in the mall! The food is amazing and the service is always fast! Max is my favourite! He always remembers me and my order and stuffs the box full! Love Mr Souvlaki!

Worst gyro I've ever had! Never again.

It used to be okay about a couple years ago. I think they changed ownership and the food now seems to be absolutely unbearable. The rice tasted and looked extremely dry and the potatoes tasted like they were just boiled in water. Salad also had no dressing.

This is the worst fast food with terrible quality and service. I'm first in line, staff take order but then complete order of person behind me. Finally prepare my order and the chicken is burnt black, from the day or two days before and hurts my teeth on first bite. I ask staff how can you charge for food that a dog can't eat. Avoid at all cost they are scumbags

Notice how owner response doesn't address issues? No explanation for rude and awful staff. No explanation for why they serve two day old dog food and try to charge for it. Year 17 May be the last year of business. Honestly, the worst eating experience for me in a very long time
