Don't even serve what they advertise, never know about any promotions that are advertised. Always a hassle to get the promotion even when you show them the promotion. 3rd time no knowledge of the promotion and after filling everything out on the app was told they don't even have the sub. Really try supporting a Canadian business but get a hassle every time

This location needs more than 1 staff making sandwiches, especially if they're taking mobile orders. There's no point ordering in advance as you end up waiting in line and well beyond your pick up time.
The worker tonight was tediously slow and clearly needed help, but there was no sense of urgency at all.
Also, very sloppy subs.
I had the same experience last time I visited but thought maybe it was just a fluke/busy day so I gave them another shot. Lesson learned and will be going elsewhere next time.

Placed an order in the app. When I arrived at the time stated my order would be ready, there was a long line of folks ordering. I was told my sandwich would be made after everyone in line was done. I’m not sure what the point of ordering on the app was. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the stated pickup time.

Service wonderful, the young woman Saturday afternoon was just wonderful. Sorry I didn't get her name. Atmosphere - clean. Unfortunately the bread choice at Mr Sub is simply not enough. I do not want a wrap, I want FLAT BREAD. Unfortunately, the yellow/green store is much better in this option.

You should pull your business off of uber eats if you can't provide something someone would order in a store. I ordered this to my work for lunch and I won't even eat it. I'm going to have to bring this home to make it worth eating. Why are you charging someone for extra ingredients if you're not going to add them ? Why does this bun taste like you baked it 3 days ago. Why are you limiting the veggies someone can add ? You wouldn't be doing that in store with someone standing in front of you. Dry. No sauce and piddly bits of ingredients . An assorted sub that coats someone 25 dollars should reflect that in its quality. Do yourself a favour and get off of uber eats . Terrible

Twice I ordered from Uber Eats and both times my food came from the Watson location! Absolutely horrible.Lettuce was brown and bun was rock hard! I called and complained and they wouldn't do anything! Horrible experience, never again

Went Here Aug 1,2024 walked in at 9:34pm sign on door and internet say closes at 10pm there was a customer getting his order made once he was done and paid we were told we could not be served as the store was closed. After i mention the sign says 10pm and the internet says 10pm the employee told me no its 9:30pm and we cannot be served. Everything still out to make subs but to lazy to do it. Will never return to this location Silvercreek location so much better service no matter what. What a disgrace to the franchise owner. i see why this place has a 3.2 rating should be lower or better yet close your doors.

It’s as if my sub was made by someone who has never eaten a sub before.

I asked for cheese slice and they gave me a cheese slice size of a bacon slice and not ones in squares or triangle.
The sub (bread) was cut all the way through like a sandwich.
They asked me if I wanted my tuna sub toasted
(?)(The person just pointed toward the back area because she couldn’t speak well) I said yes. They, after putting all the ingredients in, put the sub in a panini press. That is not toasting and who panini presses a tuna sub? This is not a shawarma wrap.

Tuna is old and almost on the verge of rotting.

They also had the audacity to ask for tip.
Stop hiring temporary foreign workers to abuse the system.

Do not ask me to contact Mr.Sub directly.

I asked the employee if they could cut the bread only halfway through my veggie sub to avoid all the veggies falling out, and she replied “no this is Mr Sub, not Subway. We cut all the way through. If you don’t like it, go to Subway then.”Like what? I didn’t know it was an exclusive Subway thing to listen to the customer.
