Putting 5 slices of turkey meat on a 12inch sub is brutal… when asking for more they up charge. Wouldn’t recommend

I was there once before not too long ago bought a sub and it only took me 15 minutes to get to where I was going the lettuce taste and old my bread was hard that's not the kind of assorted sub I ever remember eating Plus I think this is the only Mr Sub that does not deliver

Staff is friendly and listens to our order with no issues! Haven’t encountered an issue with the amount of toppings personally and the flavour is very good! Occasionally the bacon I get on the sub is a bit raw which makes me a bit concerned, but aside from that I have had many pleasant experiences here. :)

Mr. Sub was my preferred sub place. They always put a ton of toppings on and fresh red onions were included. Now you are lucky if you get a few toppings of each and prices aren't going down, so why just bread and cheese? Ick. Went in one more time and they had tiny thin white onions instead of the crisp, thick red onions. I cant believe another Canadian company will eventually go under due to lack of control over their franchise owners and care for their long time, loyal customers. I've supported them and recommended them for decades and now I will have to go to the yellow and green. Mr. Sub. Please get your stuff together, before it's too late. For this customer, it already is. :(

Bought a foot long ham sub, but it only has 1 layer of ham. I thought it supposed to have 3 layers. Thought it was a mistake, went back a few weeks later and ordered a foot long turkey and the same thing happened, only 1 layer of turkey. Is it shrinkflation? Went to another Mr sub a couple of months later and yes, ham and turkey sub supposed to have 3 layers of meat.

Don't even serve what they advertise, never know about any promotions that are advertised. Always a hassle to get the promotion even when you show them the promotion. 3rd time no knowledge of the promotion and after filling everything out on the app was told they don't even have the sub. Really try supporting a Canadian business but get a hassle every time

This location needs more than 1 staff making sandwiches, especially if they're taking mobile orders. There's no point ordering in advance as you end up waiting in line and well beyond your pick up time.
The worker tonight was tediously slow and clearly needed help, but there was no sense of urgency at all.
Also, very sloppy subs.
I had the same experience last time I visited but thought maybe it was just a fluke/busy day so I gave them another shot. Lesson learned and will be going elsewhere next time.

Placed an order in the app. When I arrived at the time stated my order would be ready, there was a long line of folks ordering. I was told my sandwich would be made after everyone in line was done. I’m not sure what the point of ordering on the app was. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after the stated pickup time.

Service wonderful, the young woman Saturday afternoon was just wonderful. Sorry I didn't get her name. Atmosphere - clean. Unfortunately the bread choice at Mr Sub is simply not enough. I do not want a wrap, I want FLAT BREAD. Unfortunately, the yellow/green store is much better in this option.

You should pull your business off of uber eats if you can't provide something someone would order in a store. I ordered this to my work for lunch and I won't even eat it. I'm going to have to bring this home to make it worth eating. Why are you charging someone for extra ingredients if you're not going to add them ? Why does this bun taste like you baked it 3 days ago. Why are you limiting the veggies someone can add ? You wouldn't be doing that in store with someone standing in front of you. Dry. No sauce and piddly bits of ingredients . An assorted sub that coats someone 25 dollars should reflect that in its quality. Do yourself a favour and get off of uber eats . Terrible

Twice I ordered from Uber Eats and both times my food came from the Watson location! Absolutely horrible.Lettuce was brown and bun was rock hard! I called and complained and they wouldn't do anything! Horrible experience, never again
