The owner is amazing ?
From the moment we walked in and got our coffee, the owner was amazing. Went in the Cafe to meet all the kitties. Fell in love with one and went back in a few days to adopt her. Jan is amazing Anda gift to all these cats!
So many cats. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and informed us about everything.
There’s no smell which is amazing. They’ve kept the cafe pretty clean. Will sure come back.

I have a mixed feeling about this place! We like cats and just visited to view them. The place where you order your food is not clean, looks outdated and messy. Inside (cat section) smells bad, which is understandable; tho they should improve their air circulation system. I never knew you need to pay to view the cats; $10 per person regardless of their age for 50 minutes. Once we paid, the time started, which only gave us 40 minutes with the cats. Will not be visiting again.

I know you’re there for the cats but the first walk into the building isn’t pretty. The store has had expired items including drinks. Some of the freezers are empty except the ice cream. It looks like it’s going out of business. Then you walk into the kitty lounge and you’re hit with a smell that smells like mildew and asbestos. I know the building is old but the smell of it is scary. It doesn’t even smell like cat which is shocking because the mildew smell over powers it.
The couch seating area has stains that look like blood. And the bathroom is also a storage room and feels creepy and uncomfortable.
I love the concept and it doesn’t have to be aesthetically pleasing but the smell mixed with the neglected store can kill this place.
If they do some cleaning and updates I will be back.
Staff is friendly.

This hidden gem tucked away in the back of a convenience store in Uptown Guelph is a cat lover's paradise. The cozy atmosphere, complete with comfortable seating and soothing music, creates a peaceful environment to relax and enjoy the company of these kittens. I recommend visiting in the morning to catch them awake and playful.

I typicaly love love this place but our last visit was a major bummer/weird. We are from Hamilton so drove around an hour to get here. When we got there, there were not many cats out (which is fine, they are nervous). My roomate and I head to the back room together (which we have done many times before) and the one kitty I went to pick up not thinking about it and the lady came in and gave us trouble so I left the room and apolgized (this was my bad for going against the rules and there cannot be more then one person in a room together). Next thing we know, the room with the most cats was closed to visitors. When we asked her if she was opening it again she said "No. one of the cats is "sick", not sure why the room was open to begin with if that was the case... Seemed like it was only done in spite against us and then ruined everones else's chance to see. The whole point is for adoption? So we just admired them through the window while the other 5 people were with the 2 cats out in the main room. The website did not say anyting about the kitten being sick and not havig access to majority of them in the room.
So in general drove an hour there and back, paid 20$ for 2 of us to go in for an hour and left within a half hour... I am glad the money goes to a good cause at least so it's still worth the trip. Just maybe call ahead and see if all the kittens you will have access to if youre driving from out of the city.

Went for the first time with my 6 year old.
7 super friendly kittens.
We had so much fun!
The place is pretty clean despite how many cats there are. The cats were all friendly. The staff were super friendly. Plus as a bonus, the brownie we got was really yummy!
