We had a great experience here! They seemed to actually really care about the well-being of the cats unlike some other cafes who are doing it purely for a profit and likely even breeding them. I understand why some people might be disappointed, but just go to a zoo if you want to see animals. This place is to support your local shelter and getting a chance to pet kitties. I liked that the number of people are limited so that the cats don't get overwhelmed and that they have rules. Definitely will come again.

Worst place ever, I saw a one star review from a professional cat cafe visitor, and decided to check the place out myself. Its just a convenience store with the back of it being a cat space. Ok. Cool. Anyways the staff there were rude when I ordered a coffee and also in that review I read, the rater was being honest but gentle with words as the owner took it harshly and said it rudely.

Had a great time with friends at My Kitty Cafe. The kittens are all so adorable and seem to be comfortable with being around people. Love that the place is well maintained with lots of toys and fun structures for them to play around. Only thing is the hot matcha I ordered was too watery, which made it taste bland and diluted. But other than that, it was a nice outing :)

the black cats are absolutely adorable and try to lick your iced coffee lol. be warned.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this cat cafe. I booked a visit for the weekend, planning a fun outing with my kids. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of their strict no-kids policy until I arrived. While I completely understand that some places may have rules to ensure the safety and comfort of the animals, the lack of clear communication regarding this policy during the booking process was frustrating.
What made the experience even worse was their refusal to issue a refund. Despite the fact that we weren’t allowed to attend and they didn’t provide any service, they kept the $52 I paid. I reached out to explain the situation, expecting at least some level of understanding and customer service. However, I was met with a rigid “no refunds” response, with no attempt to offer a solution or even a partial refund.
It’s disappointing when a business values policies over customer satisfaction. I believe they could have handled the situation far more professionally and fairly. I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking a visit here be extremely cautious and double-check all their policies to avoid losing money like I did. I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope they reconsider how they treat their customers in the future

Scam. Barely any cats. They are all locked off in privacy rooms. The 2 cats there were only interested in sleeping. What a waste of $26. Save your money and go somewhere else
