How could a place with cats rank any less than perfect? The staff were friendly and helpful. The cats? If you're a cat fan you know they take time to warm up. A quiet sit for the first bit of my time there made me wish I had gotten my tea before hand rather than on the way out. Patience was rewarded as I made several friends on the back end.
