This was one of the worst experiences ever. We order food in advance, order through UberEats for Pick up at 11:30- it said it was ready at 12:10. We waited till 12:36 and it still wasn’t ready? The whole hour we waited, there was only one order that left the kitchen! Look at this kitchen too, how dirty and disgusting the stove and the floors are, maybe the manager should think a little, at lunch time you need to have more than 1 employee running the place, cause it’s ridiculous and there were 7 customers waiting even before we were there.

The staff that works here is amazing, there is a guy who works here. Super nice as well but I am visiting today and there is one person working over lunch. My break finish’s in 15 minutes and I been waiting for the past 30 minutes for one kids noodle's. I still haven’t gotten my food and still waiting. Very disappointed with my experience, the only pro at this place is the staff. Wait time is horrible.

An excellent meal made for us today at the Guelph location! Lady was working alone but managed to do our meals and manage the line as well. We had drunken noodles which was amazing and I can't wait to have them again. Daughter had the teriyaki which she liked although preferred my rice noodles she said. Hubby had Shanghai chicken over rice and he really liked it although mild was a bit spicier than expected. Over all a great fast meal!!!

This was one of the worst uber eats delivery experiences I’ve had. The app said my order would arrive in 13 minutes, but over an hour later I’m still waiting. Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. If a restaurant can’t fulfill orders on time, they shouldn’t be on Uber Eats. I will not be ordering from here again.

Called at 11:20 (when the restaurant says it’s open until midnight) for a spicy peanut bowl and drunken noodle bowl. Was told by the employee working that he was making four or five other orders and they were closing soon so he couldn’t take my order unless it was one or two things. It was two things and he still told me he couldn’t serve me after I questioned that. Really enjoyed the first time I visited, food was decent and the service was friendly and helpful. Really disappointing customer service this time around.

Black Bean and Garlic Box made with Zucchini Noodle made vegan and with tofu. We had this dish at mild level. The spice level was perfect for people who avoid spicy food. The zoodles were cooked nicely and the rest of the vegetables were good as well. The tofu too less and not much flavour. Singapore Cashew Curry with rice also made vegan. Scorching Hot flavour was selected. The jasmine rice for some reason did not get that typical aroma that you get and grains seemed too broken rather than whole grains. The vegetables were cooked nicely and cashews added a good crunch. The ghost pepper was hot, very hot, but not flavourful just heat and that’s it. Our mistake - love spicy hot dishes but with flavour not just heat.
The inside was clean and had nice decor. The bowls also come in only one size. Some items are clearly marked vegan. Some side dishes that are potentially vegan are not marked

The restaurant was empty when we walked in at lunch on a Sunday. I was really excited to try this place, but the food was so disappointing. We waited a long time for our order to be made (food for 3 people took over 20 mins). It had so little flavor and was very oily. We had to add seasonings at home to make it edible. Eating out is a treat for us, I am disappointed to have spent so much money on basically inedible food.
