Hire a new delivery driver already. Been over a month of trying to order delivery and every time I call they say “we don’t have a delivery driver”. Just hire a new one already.

I recently ordered a medium chicken on the rocks, I’ve ordered from here maybe around 10-20 times never had a problem. I called them just to ask if I could get the vegetables on the side, the guy said sure but the whole call he was talking in a very rude manner to me. Once I got my food the chicken was very chewy and hard seemed very over cooked, the vegetables that i asked for on the side weren’t even given, on top of that no sauce or anything was given either. all though I paid extra for it, food was also really cold. Harvard location is much better don’t waste your time coming here, after how rude that staff member was i will not be returning.

I got charged for a tip when I didn’t put it in and my order for 2 people was over $50. I tried to cancel and was told I would only get a $12 refund in my order. I called immediately so there was no way they had already started the order but I was told the delivery driver was already there. This is ridiculous! Never again!
