I had an amazing experience at Osmos! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. What really stood out, though, was the staff — they were incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely caring. There’s this one guy there everytime I go to get my food he’s always weird to me. He’s given me old chicken or made my food overly spicy on purpose. There were 5 people today before me but he chose to make my order first. You can’t have people like this working. He worked on the third and was wearing a long hoodie. I don’t know what his problem is. I had food poisoning because of it. Really really bad service. I love osmows but I might not go to this location again. The guy in the photo

Extremely Unprofessional Behaviour by Staff Member
I recently had a very disturbing experience at this location. While I was using the washroom with the door locked from the inside, an employee named Channpreet was still able to open the door and walk in. When I asked how he managed to open a locked door, he claimed the locks were not working. If the staff already knew this, they should have placed a sign or at least knocked before entering.
When we questioned him about this completely unacceptable behaviour, he only said “sorry” and mentioned he needed to take a picture of the washroom. This excuse was unprofessional and inappropriate.
What made the situation worse was that both he and his coworker refused to provide his name. Only when we said we would report all employees did they finally reveal his name.
This was a serious violation of privacy and basic professionalism. I hope management takes immediate action to fix the washroom lock and ensure staff follow proper etiquette and respect customers’ privacy.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Osmow’s on Harvard Street, Guelph. I paid full price, but the portion of chicken they gave me was shockingly small. It felt like I got half of what I’ve always received at other Osmow’s locations.
For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. Quality and consistency matter, and this location really dropped the ball. Definitely reconsidering coming back unless they improve their portions and customer service.

The food here is great. I come here all the time. But I’m so sick and tired of coming into a middle eastern joint, and they are BLASTING Punjabi music like some nightclub. UNACCEPTABLE! This is why Indians get a bad rep in Canada. Stop blasting music so loud when people are eating at a restaurant. Have some respect for your surrounding and play radio type music! My wife is Indian and oh my god, how upset we are Everytime we come here and they are blasting music!

I’m really disappointed with food. The quantity has become extremely low and the food quality was honestly terrible. This is the third time the same thing has happened. Last time, I decided to ignore it thinking it might just be a mistake — but now it’s obvious that this isn’t an accident. It feels like they’re trying to make extra profit by cheating customers, and that’s unacceptable. I used to really like Osmosis and considered myself a big fan, but now I understand why the place is getting so much backlash. They seriously need to fix their standards.
