Edit to respond: I did not ask for the free delivery to be applied on a phone order (please read carefully) I asked IF it applied. He said no online only. I said OK then I will order online He berated me for choosing online …

Tried calling to put in an order no answer called about three times then gave up and ordered online but since when did you like barely pepperoni’s on a pepperoni pizza

We have ordered food from here for years, and it’s been amazing service and food. We put an order in online this evening and got no notification saying when it would be ready for pick up so called the store. The staff said that it had not yet come through the system so to call back. We then got a call saying it would be ready on 30 minutes but then got a email notification saying the online order had been cancelled. We called the store again Telling them of the notification and were told they would call us back in five minutes. They did not call us back so we called them and they indicated it would be ready in 20 minutes. My husband showed up and they said it It would be ready in 10 minutes, making him wait, even though we had ordered it and our prior. This kind of service is unacceptable and we won’t be back.
