If I could give mine stars, I absolutely would literally the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life who the hell puts green pepper under cheese. Shame on you that pizza was blasphemous and whomever made it should be fired.

After trying to place an order online, which failed repeatedly, I called the store to place the order. Simple enough, read back to confirm, then I arrive to pick up the 2 pizzas, arrive home only yo discover that NEITHER pizza was correct. Lesson learned! Never leave this place without confirming ALL TOPPINGS are included, to the extent ordered (doubles as ordered) because once you leave, there's no recourse. Tried calling back, but they disagreed. Where's the bacon? Where's the mushrooms? Where's the onions? Where's the double green olives? Hmmm...
Unless they respond and agree to replace the order after reading this missive, neither I nor the many friends who live in Guelph, will ever order from this location again!
Maybe I was misinterpretating the 50% off coupon... pay for the pizza with 50% of the toppings included?
Stand up! Take responsibility for the sub par toppings. That's all anyone wants when an order gets messed up, right?

We received our pizza tonight and needless to say it was the absolute worst experience I've had with takeout. I bit into this pepper and immediately I knew something was off... I looked inside and there is this rotting mush (I don't know how else to describe it) inside... I got sick immediately. The pizza itself was rather disappointing too (almost no toppings, peppers shred so thin it tasted like we were eating just pepper peel), our chicken wings tasted off, and my partner also ended up getting sick. We order from Papa Johns regularly, we will not be ordering again.

Pizza is ok. I like the stuffed crust which is why we order here sometimes. The rest of it is wildly overpriced. We ordered “boneless wings” tonight. Photo shows what I ordered vs what I got. I actually laughed out loud when I saw it until I realized each one of those sad frozen nuggets cost $1.
First time trying Papa John's here thanks to a promotion. I LOVE it in the States. Here....meh. The delivery driver was nice and for half price pizzas it was ok. Would I pay full price for this?? Nope. Not worth it. I'll stick to Domino's.

Their pizza is decent, which is why I've ordered from them multiple times, but their service is absolutely terrible. Both times, the staff have been rude and condescending. I've tried both delivery and takeout, and the experience was awful each time. I won't be returning to this location again. The Gordon Street one, however, is much better.
