It's two months since I purchased a used HP laptop from PCTrust. As I was sitting here using it (that I've done daily since I bought it), I was thinking about how thankful I am for the great service and incredible value this purchase has given me.

I went in thinking that an i7 chip laptop would be simply too much for me to spend. The owner (SO SORRY I didn't get his name) showed me options that were immediately of interest.
I took the laptop home and realized the power cable wasn't charging. Returned it within about two hours of purchasing it, and he replaced it with no fuss.

Since then, this laptop has been all over Canada and the US with me, and never failed me once.

Highly recommended. Excellent service, really nice guy and exceptional value!

Its an okay store

I’ve gone here several times, and generally experiences are positive .

Store is generally cluttered ( lots of everything) but this makes it difficult to look through and browse , I’m sure there’s lots of hidden treasures in there.
Prices are realistic and on some items much cheaper .

Owner is very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible .

If selling something , I’d reccomend trying your luck on Kijiji as you will receive much more for your item.

John was great to deal with. He was a really big help in a time of need. Will be back for sure.

Really great service, he fixed my laptop battery this week in a couple hours. The owner John is the best. Me and my family have been going here for at least 16 years. Highly recommend.

I had spilled coffee on my laptop a week before exam season and brought it in to be looked at. He told me he would open it up and take a look and if he couldn't do anything there would be no charge! When he did open it he called me and told me he would clean off the battery and anything else with coffee then start it to see if it would work and gave me a very fair price. In the end it was going to need some expensive repairs, and even then it still might not work but he made sure I understood everything he was telling me so that I could make an educated decision. 10/10 he was so sweet and very fair about pricing, I will absolutely be recommending this shop to anyone in need of tech repairs.

Owner is a great guy, helped me out when my new graphics card wouldn't boot on an existing PC build. (Needed bigger PSU) Advised me on what to get, was very knowledgeable and made a very frustrating situation much easier.
