Second time ordering poutine this week, and I noticed I was handed a significantly smaller, unlabelled black box than the one advertised. Scummy if you ask me. Please don’t advertise a certain size only to downsize your customers’ orders after they purchase.

Who ever is running this place now has made it gone down hill. Got a chicken sandwich and over half the things I wanted on it weren't even on it. It was like the cheapest chicken burgers you could get at a grocery store. Absolutely awful. I def do not think that was even chicken. Ya lost a good customer.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The manager on duty (name sounded like Cartis) spoke to staff in a demeaning way, came across as unprofessional. And they were doing more than him anyways. It just seemed like a power dynamic out of hand…did not sit right with me. I also noticed him handling food with unclean hands. It left me upset and unfortunately cost Philthy Philly’s a customer. I hope management addresses this, as the staff deserve respect and customers deserve better standards.I don’t usually leave reviews but treat your staff with respect.

Been here twice now. Both times I just asked Curtis to give me whatever he wanted to make me. Both times Curtis delivered. If you don't know what to get, just let Curtis do what he does best. 5/5 every time

The food was really good but it smells really bad, you can’t breathe properly inside, it almost feels like there’s more CO2 inside than O2 because of the smell of grease. An improvement of the ventilation system would be perfect.
