I work downtown and this place has been a lunch staple for a while. Unfortunately something has changed sometime in the summer and the portion sizes have been decreased significantly. Before, I would order a medium and the staff would fill it to the point where you couldn't close the box. Perfect! Now, I get a large and it could all probably fit in the small container. The food is great, but I will not return until the portion sizes return.

I usually have amazing things to say about this place but tonight they dropped the ball and slowly has been getting worse. The portion sizes have gotten smaller and prices higher The quality is just not there anymore. From when they first opened their first year to now I'm very disappointed in the drop in quality. Maybe it's new owners or management but whatever changed it was NOT for the better. Bring back the original philthy pillys please.

Regardless of the time of day — I’m unsure why they’d ever send food out so completely burnt. Not to mention the order is incorrect, there’s barely anything on the sandwich as it is, and the sauces were still messed up. It’s just a dry, burnt, cheese less (but apparently a triple cheese melt) sandwich. It’s like beef jerky on old expired bread.
