I was disappointed with my recent visit. The manager on duty (name sounded like Cartis) spoke to staff in a demeaning way, came across as unprofessional. And they were doing more than him anyways. It just seemed like a power dynamic out of hand…did not sit right with me. I also noticed him handling food with unclean hands. It left me upset and unfortunately cost Philthy Philly’s a customer. I hope management addresses this, as the staff deserve respect and customers deserve...

Been here twice now. Both times I just asked Curtis to give me whatever he wanted to make me. Both times Curtis delivered. If you don't know what to get, just let Curtis do what he does best. 5/5 every time
