I've been eating here for years. They never disappoint. The staff are kind and helpful. Service is fast. The menu is extensive. Everything is very reasonably priced and high quality. They have the best bun dishes in town. Portion sizes are generous. I often have leftovers to take home. I especially like their fresh spring rolls. They sell green tea in a mason jar which you can refill on your next visit. It's a really nice green tea. I think Pho Saigon is one of Guelph's gems.
