Pita I had tonight was made with a stale wrap and half the size it used to be.
Most of their franchises I've been to in the last three years have been sliding down hill. Seen a lot of rotting vegetables in the lowboys (open topped fridges) tomatoes and lettuce mostly.
This chain used to be way better than subway. Now they're both lazy phoned in excuses for eateries that only care about the bottom line.
Very sad.

Got my son a pita and myself the Buffalo bites. The Buffalo bites were cold are just awful. But the pita was a hit so I guess that's a win.

1st… No prices on your menu at all… not clear if it was 2nd… I ordered a regular chicken with mushrooms and green peppers.. - Had no idea I would be paying $17.50 for a regular wrap and a pop and a bag of chips. - I felt like I was being taken advantage of. - The morsel of chicken in the wrap was so insignificant that I didn’t even taste it. - Packed the warp with veggies to the extreme… my last 5 bites was a salad. 3rd… your employee was eating last nights left overs that made the place smell like tandoori chicken that’s went bad.
Just wanted to give you some feedback… this will be my last time eating at your establishment.
Not a pleasant experience that’s for sure!

Had an awesome time at Pit, and it was all thanks to Neetu! She was super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and made our night perfect. Definitely ask for Neetu when you go!

Would not recommend placing an online order through Google to pick up.
Placed an order ahead of time to pick up in store, they confirmed the order and "started making it" almost immediately. After arriving at the store found that it in fact that the food hadn't been started yet, and that even after multiple reminders, walk in orders were being prioritized. Also needed to remind the individual making the food to add items that were in the original order that they were forgetting.
Best bet is to just go in and avoid trying to do anything online.

The ingredients are always so fresh looking! Delicious pitas, friendly staff, and clean restaurant.
I have gone to this Pita pit twice on break but I don’t think I will go there anymore.The place is very grimy and dirty…everything I touched was sticky with grease.If the staff, owner or manager sees this please scrub every surface, your drink cooler, the till, the interac machine, the grill.I did not want to be rude so I paid and left but I tossed my pita in the garbage because I was so put off by the filth.Clean it up please!

I randomly got the owner to take my order. My husband has celiac disease and he was very careful to make his order. I really appreciated the efforts during such a busy time. Very kind and considerate! Also fresh ingredients and good chicken! ( Note that grill cannot warm up the GF pita cause of cross contamination)

Paid over $11 for a small salad with chicken. The amount of chicken was pathetic, less than 10 tiny pieces. Definitely overpriced.
