They say you can tell when someone enjoys their job.. and I have to say my visit today (Nov 8/25 @ around 1:30-2)
My boyfriend and I had the great privilege of meeting Mohammed! While it was my first time coming in and I was kind of nervous about what I was getting myself into lol and feeling a little grumpy cause the cold weather and being a little hangry. However I have to say Mohammed really did a great job!
He was so patient with me and explained everything on what I could have and didn’t make me feel rushed in any way…
He was super cool with giving me recommendations for my pita and about the veggies and toppings which made me feel better.
Lastly what really stood out about Mohammed is how cool he was.. I’m not sure why but I felt to need to apologize for my lack of knowledge when it came to pitas and making but Mohammed was so kind and eased my stress and told me “there’s no need to apologize.. don’t be sorry.. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I’ll ensure you have a great pita”
And that folks is how you know an employee loves what they do!! And yes my pita was AMAZING and I felt like there was such a great serving of veggies and toppings and it indeed was delicious. While eatting my pita I didn’t want it to end lol

Food was okay except some of the vegetables looked old and wilted ( lettuce romaine and spinach) when I picked. Service wasn’t very welcoming, serving person seemed annoyed . The atmosphere didn’t serve any comfort. I’ll stick to the pit on Woodlawn in the smart plaza. Thanks anyway✌️

i am distraught, i live for pita pit. truly. But… today i was quite hungry gathered my last money to order pita pit. And then… 2 of my HALLOMU pitas had falafel instead. I don’t like falafel. it ruined my day and it’s only 3:50pm. I ordered on uber and they have only given me 4 dollars back. this is messed up, not right. pita pit please make it right and give me a halloumi pita i don’t want money just food. i love you guys im sorry for the bad review but im just so upset and hungry

If dry ripped pitas are your thing. These guys make the driest pita that just falls apart as soon as you open it. Staff is really kind while they obliterate your pita though.

Been a fan of Pita Pit for a long time.
Pita I had tonight was made with a stale wrap and half the size it used to be.
Most of their franchises I've been to in the last three years have been sliding down hill. Seen a lot of rotting vegetables in the lowboys (open topped fridges) tomatoes and lettuce mostly.
This chain used to be way better than subway. Now they're both lazy phoned in excuses for eateries that only care about the bottom line.
Very sad.

I came to your establishment yesterday for a healthier alternative to BK and Harvey’s…
1st… No prices on your menu at all… not clear if it was 2nd… I ordered a regular chicken with mushrooms and green peppers.. - Had no idea I would be paying $17.50 for a regular wrap and a pop and a bag of chips. - I felt like I was being taken advantage of. - The morsel of chicken in the wrap was so insignificant that I didn’t even taste it. - Packed the warp with veggies to the extreme… my last 5 bites was a salad. 3rd… your employee was eating last nights left overs that made the place smell like tandoori chicken that’s went bad.
Just wanted to give you some feedback… this will be my last time eating at your establishment.
