I have gone to this Pita pit twice on break but I don’t think I will go there anymore.The place is very grimy and dirty…everything I touched was sticky with grease.If the staff, owner or manager sees this please scrub every surface, your drink cooler, the till, the interac machine, the grill.I did not want to be rude so I paid and left but I tossed my pita in the garbage because I was so put off by the filth.Clean it up please!

I randomly got the owner to take my order. My husband has celiac disease and he was very careful to make his order. I really appreciated the efforts during such a busy time. Very kind and considerate! Also fresh ingredients and good chicken! ( Note that grill cannot warm up the GF pita cause of cross contamination)

Paid over $11 for a small salad with chicken. The amount of chicken was pathetic, less than 10 tiny pieces. Definitely overpriced.

This pita pit is so bad. Dirty, bad service. Ordered double meat and there was barely even regular meat. Pita was stale and hardly any vegetables or sauce.
They give such small portions. They are the worst of all the pita pits in Guelph . The Downtown one comes in second for small portions . The other 2 locations are amazing.

Was not impressed, the 2 girls working spent more time talking to their friends in the booth than paying attention to the orders i had to have mine remade 3 times as they kept messing up the meat than put the wrong mest on my pita and it had to get remade again girls just laughed and kept talking to their friends. Was very unprofessional and rude. and every night i am in and they are working the same friends are sitting there distracting them.

My order was completely incorrect. Ordered a Souvlaki bowl and they put onions which I can't stand and did not add grilled mushrooms or green peppers then gave me spinach instead of lettuce. I ordered green olives and they gave me black olives!! My husband ordered a Souvlaki pita and his also is missing the grilled mushrooms and green peppers. What a rip off. Very disappointing.
