This Pita Pit is better than all of the other ones I have been to. The owners are a family and take pride in their restaurant, they go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, and the place is immaculately clean.
As someone who is on the road frequently, I eat at a lot of restaurants. I have been here twice, and will be coming back, due to the investment that the owners put into the quality of the business. Truly nice to see quality, care, respect and family values again.

I’ve been coming in for a while, always enjoy stopping in. Family owned, owner is always working with his parents and they are always happy to talk with you and you can tell they genuinely care. Restaurant is always super clean and the food always taste amazing. Great atmosphere and great people. 11/10!

Huge shoot out to the crew at Pita Pit, Woodlawn, Guelph, location tonight!!! Phenomenal customer service…. Acknowledged me by name after scanning my points so they knew I got it as well as took my salad ingredients and tossed them all up for me. Have been to MANY different Pita Pits but this is by far the best one yet!! Great food, great service!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

its been a while since ive been to this location and it sure has gone downhill. I ordered a chicken crave rice bowl, they forgot the ham and barely put any fresh toppings into the bowl. it was 95% rice.

I really hate wasted food. They put my pita in the hot press and it’s stuck to the metal. I told them to just move it all into a bowl and it’s fine. She picked it all up, ignoring me, and threw it all in the trash and then made me another pita in such a rush that the meat was barely hot, and gave me almost no ingredients compared to the first round. Then she got all super butt hurt that I told her all of this. I’m borderline vegetarian and watching chicken meat go in the garbage makes my blood boil. Terrible attitude. I’ll drive an extra five minutes to the one by Walmart instead. This location is always been subpar. That was the final nail in the coffin. Never again.
Great staff, excellent quality, and delicious food! This location truly puts the others to shame. Please don’t change a thing—keep up the amazing work, it’s very much appreciated!

This Pita Pit location is truly the best when it comes to customer service! It’s family-run, and every visit I’m always greeted with a big smile. Louis is especially wonderful - he’ll chat with you like he’s known you for years. Genuine, friendly service like this is hard to come by, and it makes all the difference.
