I had an absolutely horrible experience at Pizza Express Guelph last night. The store closes at 10 p.m., and I called around 9:42 to order a paneer pizza. They said they were out of stock, so we politely said “okay, no problem” and hung up.
A few minutes later, around 9:50, I got a call from the same store asking, “Are you Shivam?” I said no, wrong number. Two minutes later they called again, accusing me of lying and shouting, “We know you are Shivam! You ordered the pizza and now you’re playing games with us. We’ll block you!” What kind of customer service is this? I was shocked — we didn’t even place any order!
I went to the store myself since I was nearby, and the lady who called me turned out to be the OWNER of the store. Instead of showing any professionalism or manners, she behaved rudely, acted like she was doing me a favour by saying “sorry,” and then walked off with a disgusting attitude. No respect, no courtesy — just arrogance.
How can an owner speak to customers like this? It’s shameful and unprofessional. She doesn’t even know how to confirm who she’s talking to before blaming and insulting someone. Such behaviour completely ruins the restaurant’s reputation.
We were regular customers here, but after this terrible incident, never again! The owner herself is the worst example of customer service — rude, careless, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. If this is how the management behaves, the restaurant deserves zero stars.

I recently ordered chicken wings from Pizza Express, and they were absolutely delicious! The wings were perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside . The sauces were bursting with flavor and complemented the wings beautifully. You can really taste the quality and care put into the preparation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommended!

Pizza is great, they load it with toppings and it's genuinely delicious Garlic bread is delicious, way better than any big chain. Wings are super yummy too. Genuinely such good quality for decent prices. It's like what ordering pizza was like before everything was pathetic and expensive.

This pizza place is the best in town!! When I am at work I always suggest ordering from them and I have been putting all my coworkers on this pizza! The most amazing thing about this place is the people who run it, they are the nicest and the most genuine people you will ever come across who cares about you. Today I put in an order for pick up but I had an emergency call to go help my dad because his car broke down. I called them back to let them know I wasn’t able to come in a pick up the order right now I’ll come pick up the order once I finish dealing with the issue they said ok. I had to wait so long they called me and said they could deliver it to my house even though I wasn’t home to pay for it, they said it was ok come pay for it after I finish what I was doing. My wife and my 2 little kids got to eat and I was able to go to the store and pay them back after. If I could I would give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating.

Ok the pizza was so yummy. It was so cheesy. It stretched so much it was so aesthetic. (My cat’s name is Ding Dong and she eats a lot and there was a lot of pizza.) It was so ding Dong core. My sister ate from here. The pizza is so cheesy. It is halal and we are Muslim. Assalamalaikum (I think that’s how you spell it.(

My one bit of feedback would be that the garlic bread didn't taste garlicky but that didn't diminish the overall experience. Excellent food, particularly for the price. Thanks!
