Ordered a custom pizza with specific ingredients. Got one with someone else’s toppings — pineapple, ham, and jalapeños. Called in and was told “It’s already been picked up,” which... yes, by me, because the name matched. They didn’t believe I had the wrong pizza. It’s not like I sneak in and swap them myself.

Walked in with a deal screenshot from their website — cashier refused it outright, saying “we’re not the same as the app.” How does that even make sense? That was it for me. I’ll be getting my next pizza fix somewhere that values customers

Ordered online for delivery and got an estimated time of 35 minutes. Took over an hour, and by then the pizza was barely warm. The cheese had solidified, and the crust was chewy. Might as well have left it out overnight. Called the store — just got a rushed apology. No real effort to make it right

Really really bad service. We came at 10:40 PM for walk in order and the store closes at 11:00 PM. We requested to take order as we come from so far. She denied for taking order as they left with 15 minutes for closing. Again, we left the store and called on store phone number and she cut the call in middle of the discussion.

my pizza was with bacon and ham, the bacon and ham were old and hard, it looked like it was taken from another pizza and put on mine, it was baked more than once, the ham and bacon were not suitable for consumption
