I am a very annoyed customer as I tried to place an order through the website and my credit card kept being declined. It kept telling me to try again and then showed a message in a box that disappeared so quickly I was unable to read what it said. I tried altering the method of payment, it would not let me. I even tried to add another credit card and again it wouldnt let me do so. My wife even said, she could not use her visa card last time she ordered, she had to use her master card. After 3 tries I finally called my local store to place the order over the phone. I ordered it and told them there were issues with the website and I wanted my order delivered.
After waiting over 40 minutes, I called back and was informed they had my order set for pick up. Nearly an hour later and I am still waiting for my order. This means I am still without my order nearly 70 plus minutes of waiting, plus I am going to be charged a surcharge for the use of a credit card in person. The store made no apologies and I am very annoyed about this. We order at least twice per month, sometimes more often and to have this happen!
I called the store again at 6.30 pm, I was told my pizzas will be there in next few minutes. I told the store, if my pizzas were not in my hand within 5 minutes, I would refuse them.10 minutes later they driver called me. I refused the order as I had already placed an order with Dominoes in the last 5 minutes. I was so fed up with waiting.
I am absolutely appalled by the service I have received. I choose Pizza Hut over dominoes as I find the pizza to be better. After this shambles and diabolical attitude and mishandling by the store, I am considering whether to carry on using Pizza Hut or not in the future.
I sincerely hope you take this complaint with the seriousness it deserves! I am not just an average customer, I am a returning frequent customer! Not mentioning I even order more if I am having a staff event.
You may think this is petty, yet as a business owner.... If I treated my customers the way I was treated this evening, I wouldnt have any customers left!

Eramosa store staff is great •Simran always help me a lot in getting my order
Ordered a custom pizza with specific ingredients. Got one with someone else’s toppings — pineapple, ham, and jalapeños. Called in and was told “It’s already been picked up,” which... yes, by me, because the name matched. They didn’t believe I had the wrong pizza. It’s not like I sneak in and swap them myself.

Walked in with a deal screenshot from their website — cashier refused it outright, saying “we’re not the same as the app.” How does that even make sense? That was it for me. I’ll be getting my next pizza fix somewhere that values customers

Ordered online for delivery and got an estimated time of 35 minutes. Took over an hour, and by then the pizza was barely warm. The cheese had solidified, and the crust was chewy. Might as well have left it out overnight. Called the store — just got a rushed apology. No real effort to make it right
