Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza establishment. The on line order processes is a joke, first it said it didn't go through, yet an email said it did. We called and they said they had the order we did on line. Then when we arrived for pick up it took them forever to find the order! Then they said an HOUR before we would get our food. It had already been thirty minutes since we ordered! We walked out.

Went for pickup and was told the order was now in time queue and would be 45 minutes more. Staff thought it was funny. Absolute joke of customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Went to Pizza Hut the other day in Guelph and ordered a medium pepperoni. Wanted to get the 10% off discount from my SPC card. (As it was posted on the door). The lady working there told me that they did not honour it at this specific location. Which leaves me a bit confused…If you don’t honour it at said location, why have it advertised on the door? Pizza was fine, but ultimately I feel mislead about not honouring something advertised on the building.

I had a fantastic meal at Pizza Hut last night. The new stuffed crust pizza was a game-changer—cheesy, flavorful, and absolutely indulgent. The delivery was prompt, and the pizza arrived hot and fresh. Great value for the price, and I love the variety of toppings and sides available. I appreciate how Pizza Hut’s customer service staff handle each interaction with care. They are proactive in addressing any concerns and always provide excellent support, whether it’s through phone orders or in-store visits. Their dedication to customer satisfaction really stands out..
I have lunch at the Pizza Hut on Scottsdale Drive in Guelph just about every other day. I always order the Personal Pepperoni because it tastes great and is not too filling. All of the staff are great. They are quick, efficient and very friendly. The Manager Sandi, is excellent and runs a very efficient and customer service oriented operation. I am an old guy, and visiting this Pizza Hut is always a very enjoyable experience for me.

Pizza Hut (649 Scottsdale Dr.) impressed me with very polite & cheerful customer service; not to mention it's jaw dropping freshly made pizza that will "melt your heart away"..! Definitely an excellent place for your take out lunch, dinner or parties. Fully recommended!
