Do NOT trust the gluten free pizza here. We have a celiac and gluten Intolerant person in the family who both had violent attacks after eating it. We've had it a few times before but tonight there was absolutely cross contamination that occured. If your intolerant or celiac, steer clear of the Clair Rd location in Guelph and prob the entire franchise. It occured on July 5, 2025, so whoever was working that night was for sure not following protocol. I'll be sure to go out of my way to tell everyone I meet to never trust this place. Too bad, thought this was a safe spot for us but it is absolutely not.

Do not waste your time with this pizza place. The customer service is horrible. They won’t deliver even if you’re 5 minutes out of area.
When I attempted to order a pizza, apparently a 14 minute drive is a major inconvenience for them. They do not care if they get your business or not and the customer service is rude.
I will never give them my business again and I recommend that no one else either.

What a fantastic location! Excellent service and really good pizza - highly recommend!
I went to this location last Friday to get a pizza slice and an elderly woman was in front of me and wanted a slice also. There was on gentleman behind the counter building pizzas and asked if we were there for a pick up order and we mentioned just wanting to buy a slice and he said "I'm too busy to help you, saying he had a lot of orders to do and if we haven't placed an order already he isn't going to help up"
So we both left, and I will not be going back. This used to be a go to spot for several people at our office but this has made us go elsewhere.

Who ever was making pizza july 1st really need some better training... we order here offten and it was never been like this! 100$ spent and we could eat it, it wasn't cooked properly and the amount of cheese and sauce was disgusting
This is a great location and Im the biggest idiot.lol, I hope someone who was working today at lunch (March 14th) sees this. I was in a bit of a rush today and ran in for a slice.....a pepperoni slice. It wasn't until this evening when I was talking with my wife that I realized it was "Pi Day" ....arggghhh!!! All these beautiful slices were prepared hot and fresh for lunch today and to save a couple bucks I stupidly chose pepperoni!!!I just wanted to let the guys working today know that their efforts to make everything look hot and fresh for Pi Day did not go unnoticed! So again I wanted to compliment the cooks today on a proper job well done!?
