I placed an online order last night. I attempted to pay online with Visa but, when I entered my card number, the website said there was an error and couldn't accept it, so I changed the order to debit at the door. The pizza arrived about 45 minutes later and was cold and dry. I called customer service and was sent a replacement pizza which was horrible. Very thick dough/crust, and minimal cheese and toppings. Very disappointed that it was mostly bread and sauce. The worst part is that I've checked my bank account, and see that my Visa was charged even though the website said otherwise. I am disputing this with my bank. Thank you for making me remember why I hardly ever order from Pizza Pizza anymore.

Your Chicken Wings are really good! But it's TOO PRICEY! Victoria's Pizza has cheaper price of wings for only $10 per pound including taxes. Your wings are way expensive than any pubs, than any decent bars, and restaurants in WHOLE CANADA! I think your price should be reported to any sector of Food Industry in Canada!

The customer service is so disappointing, I was there with my kids to order pizza and the young I guess Indian guy told my son to wait outside as I was ordering my pizza so ridiculous how he treat me and my kids just becouse I am immigrant I will never back again.not to mention he force me to pay first before I got my pizza .
I usually go to this Pizza Pizza location all the time, but today’s experience was terrible. On Saturday, August 30th around 1:30 PM, the person taking orders (a new Indian guy) was extremely rude. He left me in the middle of my order and started taking someone else’s order. When he came back, he spoke very rudely and said, “What else you want?” in a dismissive way. I was so frustrated that I left without placing my order. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially at a place I visit regularly. Very disappointed with the service

Went there at 11:30 as google says they close at 12am and even when got there the doors were open) but was told wont taking any order any more we are close. When asked online says u are open and they were like oh yeah but will not take orders anymore bc we cleaned everything already. Were there to order just order of fries for sure won’t be visiting again bc were denied to served. As per Pizza Pizza franchise policy they even have to take order at any point of the time if they are open. Hope the franchise or the owners look into it
